We have been a patients of Ken's for years. He is a very talented, practical, and knowledgeable. Always willing to discuss any issue, in whatever depth you desire. He is an especially good listener. He always takes the time to make sure you understand what malady your symptoms indicate and what are the viable remedies. He is never "too busy" to respond to questions. We are very appreciative of his care and friendship.

I totally recommend Dr. Meigs. As a patient of his for the past 20 + years I know that he listens to his patients. He treats you as a whole, to help you get better. He doesn't just give a pill and say see you next year. He is very proactive with his patients. He tries to get to the heart of the problem and go from there. He is the kind of doctor that you want to have. As a patient I have followed him as he has moved. I o ly know one other doctor who I could compare him to and that is Dr. Gordon Mccomb Md. Thank you Dr Meigs.

I came to you for high blood pressure. After 2+ years with you. I not only still had high blood pressure but ulcers & 3rd degree kidney disease. Also the reason I was thinking of you I now have gout too. Do to the now weak kidneys. I made the mistake of eating a apple this week. See you never picked up on the fact I was allergic to the medication you had me on for years. You kept looking at me like I was doing something wrong. I found from the Dr. who saved my life by saying stop taking that now that you put in my file it was do to alcoholism you lazy POG. I want to know what you're doing practicing medicine?

Dr. Meigs has taken care of my entire family, myself, husband, children and parents. I trust him completely!! He takes time to listen and I never feel rushed. He is compassionate and caring. The staff at Bloom Functional Medicine is so friendly and helpful. It is so easy to make an appointment and he allows for same day appointments who’s is rare. You also get to see him and not a PA/NP.

Dr Meigs has been our primary Dr. for over 15 years and he is wonderful. He listens earnestly to your concerns. He has never made feel self conscious with any questions I've asked him. He doesnt give up on you if your medical problems are complex. He doesnt make you feel like "it's all in your head" like other Drs in my past have. I had a stroke but waited too long to be seen by anyone other than an immediate care clinic to be diagnoised properly. Immediately after the stroke I developed other problems like Narcolepsy and seizuire disorder. For almost 3 years I went to other Drs who didnt believe me when I told them how I felt. Try proving anything when it's a brain trauma issue. It's a scary time. I saw the supposed "best in the medical field in the state". No I hadnt. Not until I happened upon Dr Kenneth Meigs. If you've ever been in my medical shoes you will know what it means to have a Dr you trust that you KNOW has your best interests at heart. It's a true blessing.

After being a patient of Dr. Meigs for 18 years, he dumped me over Rebecca's lies without even being contacted for my side of what happened. Rebecca was rude, arrogant, unqualified, and plainly did not want to do her job. She refused to give me an appointment, did not follow through with patient requests, and would not verify FAX numbers or let Dr. Meigs know I needed refills for meds even after 6 - 7 requests. Her accusations were all listed in my medical file , but NONE of my calls.

Dr. Meigs is one of the best doctors I have ever had. I have a bunch of health issues kidney failure and also after a botched surgery back in November I have fluid leaking into my stomach and my old primary couldn't figure out why so gave up and told me it's chronic and to deal with it and just put me on pain pills and sent me on my way.. since I have changed primary's Dr. Meigs is doing everything he can think of to get to the bottom of it and actually cares instead of just drugging me up.

I hadn't been to a primary care physician in many years and was a bit apprehensive, especially since I had several issues to discuss. Dr. Meigs was relaxed, attentive, highly knowledgeable, and very easy to talk to. I have complete faith in his abilities and the utmost respect for his diagnoses. I highly recommend his services.

Dr. Meigs is the best GP I have ever had. He's crazy-smart and kind and interested... and he's not arrogant! (I like that.) I trust him to listen to my (few) concerns and advise me competently. He's a good man.

Dr Meigs is a very warm, caring person in addition to being an excellent doctor. He takes the time to listen so he can ask appropriate questions. He has a way that makes you feel comfortable regardless of what your visit is for. I also need to mention that his assistant, Molly, has these shares these same traits. I look forward to seeing both of them when I have an appointment.
