I had a very similar experience to another patient the Dr serviced. My cataract surgery did not go well. In follow up appointments he did not instill confidence in me going forward. It was as if my eyes were the problem, which were not before surgery. I still have blurred vission and will not return .

Dr. Lindahl is a brilliant surgeon!!!
I got cataract and lens exchange surgery B/L and am so happy, that Dr. Lindahl got "give me back" my lost eyesight. This was the most amazing experience I had. The staff in the clinic as well as the surgical center were very carrying as well. As a person who also works in healthcare and with patients, I can certainly appreciate the high professionalism and compassion Dr. Lindahl and his staff have. Thank you!!! Thank you!!! Thank you!!!

Go elsewhere. He’s dismissive and disinterested in his patients. I’m not sure he actually did my surgery because I never saw him in the operatory before or after my surgery. The only time he spent time with me was when he was trying to talk me into an additional 6k surgery. We have better surgeons in Rochester. Find one.

VERY DISAPPOINTED. We found the doctor to be very dismissive of our questions, need for clarification and explanation of treatment plan. He was abrupt and rushed in everything. When the surgery did not produce the results he had discussed, it was the patient - not the doctor. No surgery is guaranteed to be perfect but, we will never see him again or recommend the doctor. If not for his staff covering for him he would have no reason to be rushed, he would not have any patients.

I'd had surgery to correct my nearsightedness. He was very trustworthy before the surgery. Immediately after, I couldn't see well, but he'd told me that, and by now, I can drive without glasses.I still need them to read, but I can just grab a pair at the dollar store.

Dr. Lindahl & the office professionals are excellent. He even brought me a cup of coffee after the procedure. My only concern is the cost . I was quoted $2,400 ($1200 per eye) for cataract surgery and the overall cost is over $7,500.00 . If I knew it would have cost this much, I would not have had it done here.
