I called the office because of a clarification on a mutual patient, but after been put on hold for 15 minutes, the office hanged up on me. I called back and asked to speak with the manager named Lupe, she was no help of course. Was transferred then, to referrals Dept. and I spoke with someone named Mario, He told me that their office do not notify referring Drs of any abnormal results or if they are referring patients else where. (Unbelievable, frustrating, Overall mess of an office)

I went to see my Doctor and was seen by him instead! My main reason was I was not breathing right. I have weezing and having heaviness in my upper chest. Now remember I was on inhalers for asthma before I moved from San Francisco to here in LA... He listened to my chest and said it was clear??? yet you can here the weezing. Now here is the fun part he had an ekg done on me which was fine yet told me to go to the hospital and have a cat scan ???? Hmmmmm ok!!! He never called yet gave me a note?
