We love Dr. Kutalek. He is a rare doctor that knew about POTS and has been so helpful as we navigate this complicated syndrome. He is such a good listener and validates my neurodivergent daughter's feelings and concerns. He will spend a lot of time with his patients. Sometimes that means we have to wait to see him once in the room. But for us, it is worth it.

Our family has been seen by Dr Kutalek for the past 5 yrs. When our 14 yr old daughter ended up in ICU at Children's Hospital in Nov 2020 we were never contacted by him or his office during the time she was there. And when she passed they have never even given any condolences to us. Very impersonal and no compassion for their patients and families. Feel we were just a number to his office not a true patient.

They are insisting on in person visits for things as simple as a prescription renew at the hight of a pandemic. They will NOT change their "policy" due to the pandemic regardless if you're a high risk patient. They actually told us there's NO risk coming into their office..... I guess science is trumped by greed. VERY unprofessional. it can be dangerous to stop some meds cold turkey but they don't seem to care about their patients welfare. All they seem to want is the money.

The service provided by Dr. Kutalek and his staff in Conifer is appalling. Thanks to his inability to understand the criticality of my daughter's condition, she ended up in Children's Hospital. The office staff refuses to listen to my concerns, they are completely inaccessible after hours. Although they're back up by Evergreen Pediatrics, a more professional provider, they still are unable to share records. Do not trust your children's care to this health provider.

We have been seeing DR Kutalek since moving to Evergreen close to 13 years ago now. We really wanted a Dr with lots of experience since one of our children was a micro premie., who came complete with over 2 feet of medical records. Dr Kutalek has done a great for our family over the years.
