Office staff was rude. They double and triple book appointments so you sit in the waiting room for at least 2 hours. Finally, Dr. K. Klein came in, told me there was nothing wrong with my shoulder but he was going to give me a shot of cortisone anyway. When I paused for a moment, he said "hello, did you hear me?" Really? Does he think that just because he is wearing the white coat that he is better than me? That he could talk to me that way? I wouldn't see him if he was the last doctor on earth.

Not a good experience with this Dr. I felt my concern are not being heard/addressed. Was assured by Dr. K Kline that my severe reaction from 1st cortizone shot by another Dr. was highly unlikely. Had same bad reaction to shot given by Dr K Kline. Felt Dr did not care about my well being and gave me the shot anyway. Three weeks of physical therapy he asked me if i had a cortizone shot(this info is in my records) Its all about the money here, I dont recommend this facility or Dr K Kline

Dr.Klein has no communication with patients. Dr.Klein only thinks about money and not about the patients. He is a terrible position for the job.
