Dr. Kenneth Jaffe, MD

I’m one of Dr Jaffe’s oldest patient not in age, but my relationship with him is almost 25 years. He has always been there for me & my wife as well. If I felt he was not the right doctor I could have changed to any physician. He’s a no nonsense & gets right to the point. Thank you Dr JaffePaul R.

The staff and PA are attentive, polite, friendly, and helpful. Kenneth JAFFE is arrogant, condescending, and rude. My mother has been his patient for several months. He refuses to listen to his patients or their family members. Today, he literally cut me off every time I tried to speak. When I finally called him out for it HE became very angry and stomped out of the room like a 2 yo with a filthy mouth and told me, “Good luck finding a better doctor.”He said he did not need to hear what we had to say; he can just look at her file; it tells him everything he needs to know. Apparently, it does not. He has prescribed medication that has serious interactions with meds she already takes, he doubted another doctor’s diagnosis of shingles until she showed him the rash. He has no interest in actually caring for his patients. He actually told my mother she’s 81 and should just sit in a rocker and give up efforts to improve her quality of life.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR!!!!! Horrible experience, disgustingly dirty office and will bill your insurance for who knows what. The last time I was there I was wrongfully diagnosed and told to stay home if I had a fever. I did and then was refused a note by the doctor when I returned to work and my employer asked for documentation. The office staff told me that I wasn't sick and I simply asked then why was I given Amoxicillin.

He treats you like family, if you can’t handle directness about your illness, then go somewhere where your ego will be stroked , but your illness won’t be dealt with! The entire staff are simply amazing! So glad he’s my Dr. ! Not switching even if I had to pay out of pocket & he wasn’t on my insurance. He’s worth every dollar! Janine Gosney

Never looked me in the eye. Refuses to see me if I do not pay and he could easily charge my HSA. Never told me I have high cholesterol. Just found this out by looking at my UHC account. Appparently I have had it for a long time. He does not care.

I went in, new patient, and gave my 30 dollars copay...he hardly examined me, did not address my situation sent me packing with antidepressants(which I am not depressed at all and did not take) and then 6 months later he's sending me another bill for the same 30 dollars I paid him! We all know you don't get past the gatekeeper without paying the toll!

After reading the bad reviews, I have concluded that the patients who write these disparaging reviews are mainly commenting about my directness. This rudeness that they complain about is my honesty about them and their problem. I feel being honest is the only way for me to do my job at the highest level. Those who don't like this approach are better served by seeing a physician that doesn't do this. I was instructed by my father to treat everyone as if they are family, so I tell them the truth!

We totally agree with several other reviewers who have noted the rage and anger Dr. Jaffe displays. My elderly parents (80+) went to his office for a general checkup this week. He blew up and started yelling at them during their appointment - demonstrated no self control or understanding. The problem was a result of his staff mishandling appointments and scheduling. DON'T TAKE YOUR ANGER OUT ON YOUR PATIENTS.

Website state office hours begin at 8:30. I called several times from 8:30 and no one answered until 9:15. Asking about their hours of work they stated 9 to 5 Monday thru Friday but did not answer their phone until 9:15. I reminded them that their website does not reflect their off ice hours , their response was, How can I help you.

If I could give Dr Jaffe and his practice 100 stars, I would. Simply put, you're not going to find better Doctor anywhere. I come from NY every time I need to see a Doctor, which should tell you everything about this Doctor. If you're looking for personal attention, care, and an overall great experience, then look no further. Dr Jaffe also great diagnostic doctor. Office Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Dr Jaffe is honestly the BEST DOCTOR!!! All my family and friends go to him and every one happy!!! THANK YOU DR JAFFE!!!! YOU OUR HERO!!!

Very pleased with Dr. Jaffe and his staff. Never had to wait more then 15 minutes to see the doctor. Easy to talk to and knowledgeable.

Outstanding.. easy appointment.. too care of my problem without me having to get 9 million tests and spending money I didnt have.

My experience here was horrible. The nurses and doctors didn't seem to listen to one word I said. The office was discussing and not clean. They wanted to take blood but I would never allow myself to give blood in a room so gross. The doctor was rude. Spent no time at all with me. Do yourself a big favor and do not go see this doctor. You'll leaving needing another doctor appointment like I did

Dr. Jaffe is a through and intelligent Doctor! Been with him six years and will continue- Nurse Jackie is the best . Friendly office staff. .

Dr. Jaffe is a smart doctor but only in it for the money. He gives u your 15 minutes but if he can see u in 5 minutes he will. Not what u want in a caring doctor.

BRILLIANT!!! but no bedside manners- If you want to socialize go on a picnic. If you want a great doctor that knows what he is doing go see Dr. Jaffe! We have been doctor Jaffe"s patients for five years- I trust him with my life!! A shout out to nurse Jackie who can always get my blood from collapsed veins the first try- She is great. His front desk people always greet you with a smile- they compensate for brilliant Dr. Jaffe,s arrogance.I wouldn't go anywhere else. - The Jeschonek"

Dr Kenneth S Jaffe is the the most self centered money hungry and negligent doctor I have ever seen in all my years! He had me take a bone scan that I did not need but he happened to have the scanner in his office so he could push the bone scan on me! He also prescribed blood pressure medication to me that I was allergic to without checking my records for what my allergies to medications are. This could have killed me if I took them! Thank God the pharmacist caught this before I took the meds!

I visited with Dr. jaffe last year. My experience was very poor. He could not have cared less about me, I felt very rushed and he did not take the necessary time to assess my condition. During this same visit I had blood work done, and they sent it to a lab outside of my network. Then his staff refused to offer any help at all, so I was forced to battle with my insurance company over the costs. Dr. jaffe turned what should have been a simple visit into a huge headache. Would not recommend!

Like that I was able to get an appointment within three weeks. Like how the doctor took the time and explained my lab results and what each number meant. Gave me a plane of action that he was going to do. Love that I can get lots of test in the office without having to make another appoint anywhere else. Follow up appointments are very quickly if needed. Over all very happy.
