First, I made a huge mistake by going to Dr. P.l.a.z.a.s in Colombia for lipo/bbl. Months went by, the swelling decreased, and I was left with disfiguring fibrosis, lumps, unevenness, and loose skin. I consulted with 3 different plastic surgeons, two of which turned me down. I kept researching and luckily found Dr. Hughes- he specializes in revisions including liposuction revisions which are extremely difficult to perform. Few surgeons are willing to fix another surgeon's mistake. We did an email consult (I am out of town) and we went back and forth. He was hoping to have a 50% improvement but he said that he would have the best chance at improving the look of my stomach; as he specialized in revisions. My surgery went very smoothly, I had zero pain during recovery. He achieved at least 80% improvement and I am so happy I found him. Please please be very careful in who you choose to do your surgery. I wish I went to him in the first place!

Dr. Huges preformed a inferior butt lift and replace gluteal implants and did a terrible job on me ( botch surgery) I suffer from pain in my left leg and visually it looks terrible I wish I could post my pictures so you could see for your self how bad it looks.

I am a very thin patient and I was very afraid to get bad dimples from my 360 degree liposuction, a prune sagging belly or a Tara Reid like belly. I am an out of country patient and it was quite painful for the first 4 days, but the pain subsided after the 4 day. Dr Hughes and his team have always been there to patiently answer my questions and concerns,and now, after 5 weeks, I am thrilled with my results and still the swelling is still there, it will keep getting better and better ! Results have been delivered, I would do the surgery over again, worth it, thank you !

i can not begin to describe how happy i am with my stomach lipo and fat transfer to hips with dr kenneth hughes. he is a very honest plastic surgery and explained to me in great detail what he can do for me. i have been to other plastic surgeons and was very happy with them as well but for some reason dr kenneth went above and beyond my expectations. i can not wait to show off my new body

I really wanted a bbl for years and throughout those years i would research doctors and try to narrow down to my favorite.I came across Dr.Kenneth Hughes and put him on my list of favorites. After more research and hours of reading reviews, I finally decided to chose him. Staff responds back fast and is very polite. The doctor himself was very polite. At no time did i feel rushed, he gave me plenty of time to talk about the procedure. He answered all my questions in detail and was honest about what to expect. He gave me a slim waist and big hips, the hourglass shape that i wanted. I feel way more confident in my new body shape.

Dr. Hughes is hands down the best surgeon I have encountered. I have had multiple procedures over the years, and he by far exceeded every expectation and more with my procedure. He took the time to listen to my every concern and addressed them in depth. He was very quick in responding to my emails, no matter what time of day or night I sent them. I came to Doctor Hughes on a referral from a girlfriend who he did a bbl for her because she looked incredible. I'm 59 years old, 5'4 and weight 125 Lb. So I'm pretty petite and slender but lost the volume to my butt do to aging. I told the Dr Hughes that I wanted to stay looking small in my overall appearance but I wanted a cute butt. He gave me exactly what I asked for and and now I have a beautiful bottom...I highly recommend him.

I had a bad butt implant job my another physician. The butt implants were uneven and causing me pain in my legs. Dr. Hughes did a great job in removing my butt implants and the fluid build up that could have potentially caused an infection. My leg pain stopped after removing the implants and by butt looks a lot better.

I went to Dr. Hughes for my procedure after looking tirelessly online for the right one. As soon a I met with him, I knew that I wanted him to be the one to do my procedure. What is great about Dr. Hughes is that he tells you the honest truth. He isn't just looking to take your money. He wants to make sure you know all the risks and are realistic about your results. What's most important is that you listen to his post op instructions. He's not just telling you them for the fun of it. It's up to the patient to keep their results. Dr. Hughes' office also let me use a different credit line than they had already had. I don't believe anyone else would've done this for me. My experience with the rest of the staff was wonderful as well. I'm very happy with my results and will continue to see Dr. Hughes for any other procedures in the future.

Dr. Hughes is so patient with me and has helped me so much with my cosmetic journey! He's like my Doctor Dad, he's very caring and will do whatever he can to help you reach your dream body. He's always been honest and upfront with me. If he feels something isn't right he will he tell you the truth, he doesn't just lead you on into believing this fairy tale. I got a butt augmentation and I'm absolutely loving my results. I am so glad I found Dr. Hughes, he will forever be my cosmetic doctor. He also has an amazing team working with him, the nurses are so sweet and have always helped me out with any questions I might have. They make me feel very comfortable and I can't thank them enough for always taking care of me when I come in the office. I'm a happy girl, and I always tell my friends about his STUNNING work. I came in for a consultation with Dr. Hughes not his office manager like other places I had gone to before coming here. He is a great listener and caring physician. He answered ALL my questions thoroughly before and after my procedure. I didn't feel pressure about my decisions. He takes his time to listen to your concerns and give you great advise. I will be coming back to him for my future procedures. I highly recommend him. He is very punctual and great mannered. Great staff also. They are the best.
