Good but Not Worth the Wait
He is a great doctor. But the office management or scheduling is terrible. We routinely have to wait over an hour to actually see him. Just think of him as the cable guy. An 8am appointment means you’ll see him sometime between 9am and 10am.

I have seen Dr. Hsu on numerous occasions and he was very thorough, professional and friendly. He answered all my questions about the drugs side effects and told me if I did not feel comfortable taking them it was up to me - although he himself felt confident. His nurse was so funny and very friendly. I do not know what these people in the other reviews are complaining about. I end up in his office 2-3 times a year with all my sinus issues and I never walked away thinking like they rushed me out

Dr. Kenneth Hsu is a great doctor. He listens well and spends ample time to answer any questions I may have about my condition as well as treatments. Great bedside manner - he doesn't rush off & he shows that he cares about you as a person. I've been receiving allergy treatment in his office for the last year and each time the experience has been wonderful. I highly recommend Dr. Kenneth Hsu and his office.

Run!!!! Dr Hsu is the most awkward and snarly little man you will every meet. He is the weirdest!!! He hardly spent any time with me and when he did, he had this odd mini me guy following him around the office on a laptop. So awkward and incompetent. Basically my experience was him not knowing anything, stuttering and running battery of unnecessary tests (charged me $700 out of pocket after ins) and then suggested I use some homeopathic medicine that he said probably would not work. Run!!!!

Dr. Hsu was very thorough in his examination and he was not quick to say he would "fix" my issues. He waited to get a clear picture of what was going on before he made any recommendations. Then he explained in detail what his plan is. I was very impressed.

Do not go to this office if want your wallet. They overcharged on my office-visit copay. They also were warning of the cost of a throat scope due at the end of the visit. I hadn't even filled out my paperwork yet. They tried to enforce a scope three different times. I refused, it was unnecessary.

Dr. Hsu treated my sleep apnea a year ago which changed my life for the better. He was very kind and patient with me asking a million questions and answered them all to my satisfaction. I am about to have my daughter visit him this summer.

×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Hsu?
Dr. Hsu was rude and down right disgruntled during my visit with him. He did not care about the enormous build up of sqamous that needed cleaning out and he would not clean it out. He also told me he saw a tumor in my other ear and would not be able to help me with that either. He also told me he could prescribe me pain medications and medicine to help with my tinnitus but he was not going to. He kept walking around and around me a I sat in the examining chair. Horrible, weird doctor.

Dr. Hsu and the medical team who assist him are personable and professional. They provide a positive atmosphere in the examination area. The audiologist, Jamie King, was SUPERB! Her explanations followed by Dr. Hsu's assessment were clearly stated and provided the options well.

Dr. Hsu, was very detailed in my diagnosis and explaining how he would treat and when I needed to do to help my BPPV along.. However the 2nd issue was not address.. got lost once the BPPV was addressed. That will be the topic on the next visit.
