Checked in appropriately, taken back to exam room, Dr. Hentschel came in and was ready to see me, knew my history and absolutely new what to do next and received an immediate referral (not an emergent issue). Thank you Dr. Hentschel.

Great Doctor!

Dr Henschel is a good listener and builds a patient plan based on your information and answers to his questions. He is methodical in questioning and gives the patient options whenever possible. I love how he documents the detailed medical plan 2on his white board so that I can take a photo and not rely on my memory.

Had a good visit with Dr. Hentschel. He listened to my concerns and tested me to see what my balance problem could be. Overall good doctor. Only negative I have is with his office phones & lack of staff. Found out they're in middle of training new staff. Not able to get through to anyone or get call backs to schedule appointments, had to go thru patient portal to do so. Also told them their phone system had incorrect prompts that need to be fixed. Hopefully we'll see better results in near future.

Dr Hentschel is the best doctor. He really shows that he cares but st the same time he is professional. I won't want any other neurologist.

Very courteous, personable-my daughter has dementia and he looks past her disability and treats her kindly and with respect and empathy-she is totally comfortable with him and so am I (her mother and caregiver)- I know that his first concern is her wellbeing- we are blessed with his being her doctor!!

Dr Hentschel not only takes the time to explain your care plan, he writes the details on a large grease board and recommends that you take a picture so that you have your plan handy at all times. He is kind, patient, empathetic, takes the time to explain everything and provides resources which will assist you in your care journey. I would highly recommend his services.

I do understand why people say the appointments are rushed. He got right to the point and already had the plan of attack in mind. But he did explain why and how this would work down the road. I appreciate that. He is not for chit chat, but I can get used to his candor, especially if he is not wasting my time and money.

Dr. Hentschel explained, in plain detail, why we were increasing my dosage of Primidone. Very caring & thorough.

I saw him in the hospital for a “mini-stroke” which I found was caused by unchecked very high BP. I found Dr. H. to very informative in explaining my issue and giving me a positive destination to look forward to regarding my treatment and recovery. When I later saw him at his office, he was very positive and also empathetic as to my emotional state regarding the anxiety I had. Very caring and not rushed…. Answered all my questions!

He is very patient and takes time to explain everything to you. He appears to be very knowledgeable & seems interested in your care.

I have complete trust in this Dr. .He listens, respects his patients, works diligently to prove to the insurance company why a procedure is needed and can be relied upon to take the time to teach me about my issues and suggest proper care.

He is kind. Speaks clearly. I believe there is nothing to be done for my husband’s dementia so he is giving him Prozac for anxiety and tells me I have to have patience. He knows I need respite. I need help but felt I was sort of rushed out. I think he could do some assessment and give ‘home work’ tasks or goals to help us. I was glad he ordered an MRI.
