Dr. Gordon is friendly and always willing to listen to my concerns. He will take time to research a problem if he does not know the immediate solution. He also thoroughly explains whatever problems he has identified and what he will be prescribing or recommending. I highly recommend him!

In with my MIL, who had been in several times over a couple months, for extreme fatigue and sweats/chills. I finally just wanted to go and see what he had to say. When I pressed him about the extreme tiredness, his response was 'sometimes people just get tired and there's nothing we can do about it'. That's not an acceptable answer. The fatigue and sweats she is suffering from are due to pneumonia, it turns out, found after a second trip to the ER the day after a visit to Dr Gordon (complete with chest x-ray). She had been chasing this illness for two months with Dr Gordon. Two months and a 'sometimes people get tired and there's nothing we can do about it'. Not a fan.
