really disappointed with him. my first appointment with him went well enough, had a couple follow ups which were always... fine. the staff is not overly friendly. what made me sour on him was my most recent appointment when i went in with some mental health concerns. my anxiety and depression had been getting worse, and he completely dismissed my concerns. when i told him i was struggling to sleep, he suggested that maybe my body only needs 3 - 4 hours of sleep each night, and that's why i kept waking up. i left that appointment incredibly upset and disappointed, feeling like maybe i was overreacting and being dramatic. I called a therapist, anyway, who immediately suggested i reach out and get a new PCP and talk to them about getting a referral to a psychiatrist for medication.
