horrible
This is without a doubt the worst doctors office I have been to. They are never on time. They do not treat you with any respect. They hold your prescriptions hostage unless you come see them all the time. This office is nothing but a money grab

Thought Dr Gold was great when I first went to him. Now I have questions about side effects I am having on medication prescribed. Cannot get a return phone call. When I called his office one time the girl on his staff kept telling me about her ailments. I have already put in four phone calls with his staff and have still not received a call back. It is discouraging and frustrating. I have noticed anymore you get great results when dealing with physician assistants and most doctors don’t care or don’t have answers.

Continually needed his ego stroked. Needed constant reassurance that this was only for a second opinion, that I wasn't hurting my other doctor's feelings by seeing him. Said my onset of symptoms was 'difficult to believe' as I had been tested earlier in the year for the 'same thing.' No I hadn't. I had been tested thoroughly by a neurologist covering all of her bases for numbness in a separate part of the body than the joint pain I was seeing Dr. Gold for. Waste of time.
