Dr. Kenneth Gardner, MD

I was told that I needed to make an appointment at a future date with the doctor to have my regular bloodwork for cholesterol, thyroid etc. That I could not have my bloodwork done on the day of my current visit. This meant that not only was I required to pay an additional co-pay at a later date for a doctor's visit, but also for the lab visit. I am sure that my insurance company was charged for the additional doctor visit too. It also meant that I had to return at a later date. I understand that appointments are not required for blood work. I was being seen on the first visit for another reason, but I do not understand why I could not go ahead and have my lab work done that day. It was already overdue. The doctor was also impatient with me, very rude. However his assistant is always very helpful and professional, prompt. I also went once for a pap smear. I later found that the pap smear kit was out of date. I had to return at a later date to have that redone.

Dr. Gardner is a Doctor that really care about his patient. He take his time to listen to the patients Like some Doctors they are in and out the door in minute and really don’t listen to the patients. Leslie work with Dr. Gardner she is friendly and caring. The Ladies that work in front office are friendly. I love this Doctor Office.

Dr Gardner is friendly and informative. It was very easy to get an appointment with him even as a new patient. The office staff was very kind and I highly recommend anyone in need of a primary care doctor to visit this office.
