Unresponsive, unorganized office, arrogant, doesn't care at all

The surgery Dr. Kenneth Fleisher performed was outstanding. Dr. Fleisher explained, in detail prior to the surgery, all possibilities that could occur due to the serious nature of the surgery. The results were above and beyond what was expected. Dr. Kenneth Fleisher is an EXCELLENT Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon. I highly recommend Dr. Kenneth Fleisher and NYU Langone as a whole.

The worst dentist I’ve ever been to. Wound up in NYU ER for an abscess and unfortunately he was the attending dentist. Clueless!! Had a drain put in that wasn’t even in the gum. Had to come back the next day to have the antibiotics doubled. He told me to see him in his office on Monday. $790 to pull a front tooth that wasn’t even the tooth with the infection. It took less than a minute to pull that tooth. He knew I was a patient at the NYU Clinic that would’ve accepted my insurance. Criminal!

Doctor Fleisher is my idea of an excellent doctor.He is compassionate, very smart, patient, explains his thinking and you can see he is thinking about your case just by the look on his face and his body language. He explains your condition and plan while referring to an xray, for example, with no condescension or feeling that he is rushing somewhere else even though he is treating several patients. When he is talking to you he is concentrating on finding the most thorough and humane solution.
