I had an appointment yesterday @ 4:30, they called and changed it to 3:30 , I managed to leave work and rush , left work at 2:20 unfortunately I was stuck in a bad traffic , they called me @ 3:30 I told them it will be another 15 Minutes, they said sorry the Dr. cannot wait for you, I was in urgent need for help and I explained that but still they said I had to wait till Monday , for a Dr. That could care less for his patient sorry but no matter how could he is if the human factor and he does not care about the pain of the patient I don’t care to have as my Dr. I lived in Mexico for two years I had a Dr. There that I would call him on Sundays and he will attend to me unfortunately those type of Dr’s are rare to find , he used to tell me my patient is my number one priority. The human factor is very important. Lots of Dr’s these day they are there for the money it is sad.

Dr. Chang performed laser cataract surgery on both of my eyes. The surgery eliminated the cataracts and the lens that were implanted corrected my nearsightedness. Dr. Chang was able to use the laser to largely correct my astigmatism. As a result, I no longer need to wear glasses other than inexpensive reading glasses.

An outstandin physician and surgeon, Dr. Chang is kind, compassionate and a leader in his field. He is a trusted medical colleague and physician to my family. Thanks Dr. Chang for all you do for Oahu!

After suffering from blurry vision for more than 2 years and numerous prescriptions and treatments, I finally decided I would just have to live with it. After being referred to Dr.Kenneth Chang, who listened to my issues in detail, I was able to get relief. His comprehensive exam pinpointed the major contributing factor. The solution was very simple, however, he found more serious macular degeneration than I knew. I now know how serious it is. Thanks to Dr. Chang I finally have clear vision.

I saw Dr. Chang and felt he was not concerned, but just going through the motions. He did not seem interested in explaining in enough detail to me. Because of my interaction with him, I did not follow his recommendation and went to another Ophthalmologist

Dr. Kenneth Chang did an eye laser on me when I didn't need it... terrible... I trusted him with my eyes but I can't believe what he did to my eyes. I would never ever recommend anyone to see him, very unprofessional...
