Was humiliated! Still confused and shocked!
Had to shorten this review because of the character limitations. But wish I could detail the interaction.First time visit was asked what pain med was being taken. I provided what I was taking, but he interrupted, saying it’s not a pain medication and asked if i wanted “real” pain meds. I understood he meant something stronger. I mentioned a previous med helped when previously prescribed by another doctor and he agreed to a refill but said he couldn’t do more since I didn’t want any pain meds. When I expresse concern about addictive still irritated, raised his voice, and insisted no pain meds are dangerous or addictive. When I mentioned I thought opioids were addictive, he yelled that I didn’t know what I was talking about. I tried to apologize if anything I said was offensive, but it only angered him more. He continued to berate me, snatched the prescription, and told me to get out. I am still in total shock, not truly understanding what I did wrong. Truly humiliated

I highly recommend!
I have been going to see Dr. BRADLEY for years and I’m more than happy with the relationship I have with this doctor. I have no problems getting my prescriptions filled. I have no problems getting an appointment. When I go to my appointments there’s not more than three or four people in the waiting room but yet I’m never in there a long time waiting ever. I find Dr. BRADLEY and Dr. Rushton. He’s easy to speak with and very forthcoming. Any questions I have with the doctors they are more than happy to answer them for me so if you want a good pain doctor make an appointment And go see Dr. BRADLEY staff

0/10 recommend, go elsewhere!
-Appointment time availability is horrible. -Very hard to fill a prescription from Dr. Bradley at many pharmacies because he is on their “restricted prescriber” list due to ongoing legal issues. -Took 5 MONTHS to get a copy of my medical records for an unrelated legal matter. -Customer service if the staff is so poor!

Swears at Patients
First time meeting him and he asked me 2 questions. Who referred you and where is your pain. Before I could even say where my pain was he was already setting up an epidural. I said hold on, I need to tell you where it is. He said I already know, your neck and arm. I said actually there is more than that and different types as well as a surgery coming up that I wanted to discuss. He told me not to tell him how to do his job and then told me we weren’t going to be a good fit and to get out of his office. I went to the front desk to see if maybe there was a different doctor on staff but he comes running down the hall screaming over and over, get the f**k out of my office! I have never met a doctor who swears especially at their patients. I was beyond terrified

I have been helped by Dr Bradley for a few years. He is extremely helpful and understanding. The epidural I receive provide months of relief. Throughout the years , I have witnessed people that appear to be seeking drugs. A lot of the negative reviews must be from these rejected patients. He has a very precarious task screening the fakes from real patients with pain. Pharmacies that block him are due to the patients behaviors. I am grateful for his expertise, as it allows me to function almost pain free.

Dr. Bradley is personable, polite, courteous and listens to the patient, as is his staff. Everyone I had contact with made me feel almost like being at home with family. Even from the first phone call when I spoke with Juana to set up my appointment, I could tell that the office was full of friendly staff. I was very comfortable and impressed with the thoroughness of the visit. I would highly recommend Southern California Pain Consultants to anyone needing pain management.
