Pick and choose
After having the VA send my referral I called and was told the Dr would review my referral and if he chose me as a patient they would call me. I called again 2 weeks later to be told that since I was taking (specific anti-anxiety med) I would have to stop taking it within 30 days or he would not see me. I have been taking (specific anti-anxiety med) 13 years due to PTSD and anxiety attacks, and I told them this and that I would not be able to just stop taking my medication so they refused to see me as a patient. The office never tried to call me to give an update, or to tell me this until after I called and left a voice message with no return call. I then called a few days after and got to talk to the front desk. They would have never reached out to me if i hadn't called just leaving me in pain. It is a long process just to get a referral to anywhere from the VA to begin with. USMC Veteran - June 06, 2023

Staff is extremely friendly. First time patient on first visit was only in the office for approximately one and half hour. That was just so the girls could put in all my information in the computer. They did extremely well once I got my room for the doctor I was only in the room 5 minutes before he came in and he was extremely friendly he listens good and had an overall great attitude. I really enjoyed the office it was really nice my second time visit I was in and out in 45 minutes.

Was scheduled for a new patient appointment after waiting 2 hours and still not being seen I chose to ask to be rescheduled the lobby was filled with patients who literally looked like zombies moaning in pain and passing out in their chairs the staff was more worried about urine testing and collecting funds then patients actually being seen I felt very uncomfortable the whole time I was thee I also let the nurse who urine tested me that I was not interested or there to be treated with pain pills

he was pompous and sanctimonious. And I noticed that on the computer in the background I was reading said to dispose of old opiates in the toilet which is incorrect. The correct way to dispose of opiates is in wet coffee grounds and then in the trash not in the toilet which can pollute the water systems for young children or anybody with autoimmune problems or all of us.I believe this is a very uneducated sing for a doctor's office to put on a computer monitor for people to flush op, ridiculous
