Totally insulting
This pee rick steps into the exam room and starts to insult me. I would never go back to this quack, even if he was the last doctor on planet Earth. I told my very nice & understanding PCP what happened, since she was the one who referred me to this dolt. She laughed and said that they don't teach manners in medical school. I replied with 'well it's OBVIOUS that they taught this Vance guy how to be an AH. Either that or he was born with it.' What an absolute terd.

Acl surgery
Dr Vance did my acl surgery. And it did not go great for me. I built up scar tissue so fast that I was not getting the mobility the Dr was hoping for. But he took my situation serious and went to work on getting my mobility back. I had to get another operation to remove scar tissue to regain mobility, and it worked. He always treated me like my situation mattered to him I truly believe that he wanted to see me back being active again.

Tibial plateau fracture.
Dr Vance treated my tibial plateau fracture with excellent care. He has such a great bedside manner and communicates well. I also had a broken wrist on the same side as my leg and all the staff worked so well together. I highly recommend him.

Dr Vance was the orthopedic doctor in the Community Hospital emergency room when I went in with an increasing infection from a cut on my hand. Instead of waiting for Cris Copeland he said "he could handle it". While cleaning out the infection he severed all of the tendons on the top of my middle finger knuckle. I ended up needing 3 full blown surgeries to repair his error.
