TLDR: Don't go. Unless you want to be treated by a kid.I barely write reviews, and yet here I am. Must be a good reason.Long Story: She (refuse to call her a doctor) has been the most immature, impulsive, unprofessional and unpleasant person (again not a doctor) I've met. You could explain your situation to a 10 yo kid and he might be able to google and help you better than she would after 25+ years of practice (god knows how). She would prescribe Hormone changing, extremely strong creams (medicines in some cases as per other reviews) without telling anything about it. This is the first time I had skin issue and went to a dermatologist, and she could barely answer any of the questions. Basically, you are on your own even if you go there. I mean ChatGPT helped me way more then COLE did. No Joke. Her assistant would spend most time with you, ask all the questions, then she would come in the room like a storm, talk to you for 2 minutes (or TALK over you more like)

Worst doctor that I have met. Not caring!
She ordered many tests for me. I asked if the insurance will pay for it. She said that she did not know and I needed to find it out myself. I asked her what the codes are so I can call to find out but she showed unwillingness to find it out for me. She shows no care of my skin issues and only wanted to get me out of there asap. I don't recommend her for skin care.

Good Doctor, Mediocre Front Office
I had an initial consultation with Dr. Cole, and it was pretty good. She's quite competent, professional, and has a nice facility as well. My only frustration is the communication from the front office. It feels like there's a few too many cooks in the kitchen. The communication is unclear between them (and you) and you are caught in the middle as a patient; and not even the tiniest portion of accountability for any miscommunication is taken on their part. It's not the worst in the world but it's disappointing enough to make me drive past Dr. Cole's office to go somewhere else.

Dr. Cole offers SRT (Superficial Radio Therapy) what a blessing for me. I have had SRT treatments on 5 areas on my body and face and you would never know I had anything done. Treatments are quick, painless and leave you with no scaring or deformed. Mohs surgery is not your only option and I have had my share of Mohs surgeries. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Cole and SRT. So thankful I found out about it and wish more dermatologist would offer this to their patients.

I went in for a an appointment with Dr. Cole. I had been experiencing rashes all over my arm. She did the appropriate tests, diagnosed me correctly but treated me incorrectly. I had 2 separate follow ups where I saw Dr. Cole for less than 5 minutes each time. They offered to sell me expired lotions and bath products. I wasn't adequately explained about my condition so I felt compelled to purchase them, only to realize later that they were ineffective. I saw another specialist and was told that my condition should not be treated with the ointment Dr. Cole prescribed to me. The new Derm prescribed me an ointment that provided immediate relief within a matter of one day and now am seeing a positive result to deal with my condition. I had previously been dealing with this for several months. Additionally, this practice tries to persuade patients to complete positive Google reviews at the end of the appointment. I am thoroughly unsatisfied with my experience at Cole Dermatology.

Arrogant, condescending, non-informative, no interest in sharing any medical insight. I would not recommend Dr. Cole to my worst enemy.

Yesterday I called Cole Derm in Duluth Ga for an appt. The lady had an immediate opening for the next day. I went to the appt and was met by a very friendly staff in the waiting room. the place was very clean and organized. The nurse I was seen by was very caring, understanding, and efficient. and my experience with Dr. Cole was also above average. they also informed me of a cheaper way to receive my medication which was a life saver.
