This dr is horrible in every way! Since he did a toe joint replacement 5 yrs ago, I’ve been in a ton of pain and my joint pops in and out when i walk. I tried telling Wagner something was wrong, but he very rudely belittled me, said it was fine and said not to come back. My new dr says silicone implants are hardly used anymore due to high failure rate. I've had 6 subsequent surgeries to take silicone implant out and address other complications. Very incompetent dr and very nasty human being!!!

Dr. Wagner appears to be available when trying to "sell" a procedure but disappears after that leaving followup visits to support staff. I visited office several times after surgery but never saw Dr. Wagner after the recovery room during the day of surgery. The procedure was unsuccessful and the staff pointed to post surgical treatment including drugs, therapy and even orthodics. A consultation with another surgeon showed conclusively the procedure was flawed.
