Great Doctor
Dr. Grose does my back injections for pain control. He does the injections and I don't feel anything. I have had injections in the past and every doctor that did them hurt me. If you need pain control this is your guy and his bed side manor and personality is awesome!!

Can’t get an appointment
Spent 6 weeks calling. No call backs. No helps from front desk. No calls from MA, though I left her 3 voicemails. Went in person and got kind of the same brush off. And no help. Looks like this is typical for his office.

I went to see Dr Grose for the first time and I was very impressed with him. While I was explaining my issues, he listened to everything I had to say very intently and carefully. Once I finished, he explained to me, in terms I understood, what was happening to me and the next steps that need to happen to correct the problem. His bedside manner was very genuine and caring. I highly recommend him!!! Thank you Dr Grose

Dr. Grose is Great but I will probably go see someone else as his MA's were just Horrible. I waited 1 hour and 20 min. Olivia comes out. She is Upset from the first time I ever meet her. She never says a word to me. She orders me to take a drug test. It is the WAY she treated me, Like Garbage. Of Course I feel uncomfortable and I can't go. So W/O asking my consent she says "I will Oral Swab you" With little explanation, Very Abrupt She comes at me with a stick to put in my mouth. She went to touch me, When I grabbed her hand, Her Eyes widened and She Yelled "NO! I Gotta Do IT!!" I Lost it! I used expletives& told her not to touch me again . Her Buddy, Cory (MA) comes into the room lifting HER Voice "She wasn't RUDE to YOU!!!" I could not believe they ganged up on a patient. and I couldn't breathe I needed air. I am a Survivor , a Veteran and have PTSD. What Happens? Olivia Cancels my Visit. I filled out a complaint. I never saw a Supervisor wasting 3 hrs never seeing the DR

I had an appointment with Dr. Grose today and the way I was treated was like I was the only person in his office and he sat with me and went over everything in detail. His actions showed me that he truly cares about my condition and will do what ever it takes to get me well. Thank you Dr. Grose. Art.

My 38 year old daughter suffers level 10 pain from extreme endometriosis combined with countless surgeries and just because she has a few tattoos Dr Gross has judged her to be a pain med addict and will not prescribe her the meds she needs to control the pain. The Hippocratic Oath no longer resides within this judgmentally poor excuse for a doctor.

This Doctor (I have no experience with his staff) has a long waiting list for a reason. Drug seekers need not apply. The only other medical professional I rate above Dr. Gross is P.A. Jololene Allen at sunrise clinic in west Jordan. Dr.Allen referred me to Dr Gross who treated me with a full respect that is rare, He actually touches his patients with his hands. Usually I get pushed away like a poor leper. He explained to me in normal terms my pains and what he could do. I recommend highly.

Dr. Gross is a wonderful doctor if I could see him for my appointments. Once you have seen him, now you'll see the Physician Assistant and likely not see Dr. Gross again. Dr. Gross is so personable and took a genuine interest in my pain. He actually touches the patient to diagnose not just a discussion, is very engaged. The PA is a direct opposite from Dr. Gross. He will try to make you have any procedure he can and constantly decrease your medicine. Makes me uncomfortable/miserable every visit

Waited 3 months to see this Doc, just so I could wait an hour in his room and then get a rushed 10 minute visit that did not address the pain management or problem I had. A complete waste of time. He billed me $611 for a 60 minute first visit. Office manager said she would investigate and call me back. Only to ignore my calls for 2 months; when I caught up with her, she said the Doc said that sounds about right. Worthless doc and office-fraudulent billing-a real scam.

Dr. Grose TRULY cares about his patients. I have NEVER met a doctor that is this genuine and does his absolute best to help. He’s thorough and works every avenue available to help his patients. Even if that means staying a little later to fit one more in. There need to be more doctors like him in the world.

Today was my first visit with Dr. Grose. I felt I was listened too and understood and not judged for needing opiates for my chronic pain. He is very kind and easy to speak with. He was not in a hurry to leave and spent about 90 minutes with me. I was a bit nervous going into this appointment and left feeling heard which made my day! He explained the expectations of being under his care without feeling punished and in 'trouble.'

Dr. Gross is really great, I am glad I found him to help deal with the sciatica pain and back pain I'm having with injections. Stay clear of the West Jordan office! The front office women are less than helpful, kind and hate their jobs based on the way they treat people. They are disorganized, change appointments without telling you and give no apology when you show up. Either the location or time or date of my appointment changed every time. Sometimes the headache of that is not worth the appt.

I went in to see Dr. Grose for mid back pain today. He is one of the best doctors I have been to. He took the time to understand my situation and came up with a well structured treatment plan. I greatly appreciated his attention to detail. The injury I've had has worn me down somewhat. Other doctors have given that deer in the headlights look. Not Dr. Grose. He was compassionate, caring and easy to talk with. I will continue getting treatment through Dr. Grose. Mountain Point, Lehi location.

I had been seeing them for awhile and just loved them both. Dr grouse and Jimmy walker. I had a bill that got to high and wasn't able to see them. That's my fault total. So I had to see another doctor and man was that a experience. I am paid up and going back to the best doctors in the state of utah. I am so thankful for them.

The doctor is great. His nurse Olivia is spiteful and unreasonable. Olivia cancels procedures without justification, and caught in a lie about her reasoning. Olivia, on her own will decide you don’t need sedation and will cancel it. Olivia refusing to schedule future procedures of the same kind until provided preapproval letter for a past procedure that has been paid for. Olivia avoids discussing to settle problem. Return messages has exceeded 9 days. The list goes on, but space prevents.
