Every employee from reception to aestheticians to office coordinator to medical staff is first class. Their private surgery center is great too. Absolutely no complaints and love the outcome of my surgery.

Dr. Sullivan did my breast augmentation last year and I was extremely pleased with the whole process! From the consultation, pre-op, day of surgery and follow-ups, Dr. Sullivan and her staff were amazing in their professionalism, answering all my questions and their sincere concern of my overall well-being. I definitely recommend her practice to anyone considering plastic surgery!

Dr. Sullivan did my breast lift and removal of my implants. I was worried about how it would look after having implants for 10 years, but I couldn't be more happy.

If you want someone is solely concerned with themselves, please go to Kelly Sullivan. She’s the worst. Does she even care about her bad reviews. I think not. I now go to someone in Baltimore who used to work in her practice. My new doctor is amazing. Just because someone has a practice in Annapolis does not mean they are good or qualified. Degrees mean nothing when your skills are good. She’s a spoiled brat.

Dr. Sullivan performed my facelift. We agreed on the specific procedures beforehand. On the day of surgery, after I paid the full non refundable amount, she informed me on the table she would be doing some things differently. Had I objected, my money was nonrefundable. I had no choice but to trust her. She was clear there would be scars. I was familiar with plastic durgery scars, which are generally well hidden. My scars from Dr. Sullivan’s technique are not hidden. She simply cut outside my hairline and stitched. I cannot put my hair up or back without obvious large scars showing. Unless my hair hangs down in my face, large scars are visible. This is not why you choose a plastic surgeon. The lift benefit lasted about a year. Then I was left with a bad facelift and uneven eyes/brows. I don’t think she was honest in representing the procedure intended, or the quality of her work. I should not have trusted her educational background and interviewed more plastic surgeons.

Do your homework before going anywhere! I made an appointment for a consultation (which they charge $100) making sure they knew I wanted to use my insurance for my procedure. What I need done is medically necessary... Of course, after getting there for the appointment, which was all of 20 minutes, they send in the financial woman to tell you that the procedures are cosmetic and she's sure insurance will not cover them. More like, they don't want to waste their time submitting it to my insurance company, and just want to make the money. I did appreciate the 20 minutes that Dr. Sullivan took with me, but I was clear from the beginning that I wanted to submit this through my insurance, which a lot of people do and it's covered. Sadly, I had to learn the hard way that you must do more research before trusting anyone in plastic surgery.

I am a 55 yr old male that went thru Lipo week of april 20th 2021. From the consult , pre op, to the recent surgery everything has exceeded my expectations. The surgical team were awesome and the experience was great and without complications. Obviously 1 day after surgery I do not know my appearance. But I can tell you I have had no pain or nausea. I have not had to take any pain meds. No real excess swelling. My only disappointment was that more men don't provide before and afters pictures so I have made sure that my progress is tracked and shared with the public in hopes that others will use this as a real endorsement of Dr. Sullivan and her team.

My experience is traumatized, I was left without the revision, I was charged a lot of money to do Liposuction and a breast lift. She took the money did half of the job and made the lousiest job like not even a student would do such a horrible job. Please run and avoid at all cost.

I had a rhinoplasty and mini facelift in Dr. Sullivan's office that were not at all successful. I then went to another local surgeon for implants and was so much happier with him. I would not recommend Dr. Sullivan's office for any procedure.

I am very grateful for DR Sullivan's expertise and her wonderful staff. Recently, I experienced a horrible fall disfiguring my breasts and chest area, I walked in her office off the street in fear and pain, everyone at the front office was so compassionate and kind, I looked haggard and bruised all over face and body, DR Sullivan reconstructed my chest and breasts, I couldn't be happier, thankyou all so very much.

Dr Sullivan left me disfugured after a bad lipo job. Her nurse Jenny burned my legs during an ipl to remove spider veins and left my legs covered in white patches that are permanent due to the high severity of the burns. Left my friend with a botch boob job. Please avoid her at all costs.

My experience is exactly that of another patient who reviewed their experience. Sullivan seems like a wonderful person and her staff is amazing, but she falls short on surgical skill. I had my sagging eyelids lifted and neck tightened. My eyes look completely different from each other, the neck looks worse than before surgery. My advice is to find a surgeon who only works on faces if you want face work, and listen to your instincts. She seems to be a jack of all trades, master of none.

Dr. Sullivan and her entire team provide the epitome of compassionate, customized, highly skilled care. Every person you meet throughout your visit exhibits the highest level of professionalism and warmth - a delicate balance that is so appreciated as a patient. I truly cannot recommend this doctor and her practice any higher - I was treated so well and the results are well beyond what I had hoped to expect. An amazing experience from start to finish.

Dr. Sullivan performed a breast lift and augmentation on me which resulted in a Uniboob. I've had multiple surgeries from another surgeon to try and repair the damage to my chest muscles and the visible deformities that Dr. Sullivan left me with. Dr. Sullivan appears as a very nice and confident doctor but please don't make my mistake of confusing her confidence for competence. It's your body and once it's damaged you will be the one left with this doctors horrific results.
