Unprofessional
No visit just office phone call. Dropping my wife for no good reason. She’s been in for therapy and has future therapy appointments and was told to see this doctor in May. It’s February, and they won’t refill meds because she hasn’t been in. ITS NOT MAY YET!! So it’s ok to let someone go cold turkey off their stabilizing meds. I’m a nurse and smarter than that! Can’t get through to anyone at the office, so fricking unprofessional. I’m angry at this place, sad for my wife who’s anxiety is through the roof as we both know how she is without her medication. Dealing with Covid in our home was a breeze compared to dealing with this “healthcare” office. I didn’t want to give any stars but can’t post without giving one.
