Dr. Kelly Murray, MD

It had been a pleasure to be under the care of Dr Murray. She is very knowledgeable and patience’s focus. I had met her during the last 5 years whenever; I need a medical assistant for my elbow & shoulder. I am very fortunate to be under her medical supervision. She is a very talented Medical Doctor

The ladies at desk are very nice and the office was very clean.

There is non-existent wifi, the doctor “still had several patients ahead of me” after I already had been waiting for 50min. I showed up early as requested for my scheduled appointment. There was no mention until I walked out of the exam room back to the front desk that they were running late. I asked that my copay be refunded and left. If they are unable to keep appointments they should not schedule so many on the same day and respect their patients time.

I have had occasion to visit Dr. Murray 3 times. In every case the experience was very positive. I had no trouble getting an appointment in a very reasonable time. Dr. Murray took her time to review my imaging results with me, and carefully explained why she was making her recommendations. The office staff was friendly. I could not have asked for me. I am facing rotator cuff restructuring and she is my choice.

Dr Murray has been great from my first meet with her, throughout the surgery, and taking my stitches out at my post op appointment. I highly recommend her!!Valerie

I did extensive research on surgeons for my shoulder replacement. Dr. Murray was the clear standout in a very talented pool of physicians. Her background education, her level of experience and her patient ratings all indicated that she was the optimal choice for me. I could not be happier with the outcome. Besides being an outstanding surgeon, she’s a super nice person. Her bedside manner is patient, kind and patient centered.

Remarkably fast recovery for complete reverse shoulder replacement. Absolutely no problems. Physical therapist amazed with progress.

Dr. Murray and especially her support staff are incredible. They went above an beyond to get a secondary insurance approval for my daughter to get a MRI. Especially knowing I had just had surgery 2 months ago with her partner Dr. Frankel who is also incredible. Every time I have been to their office they are on time and have mastered the balance of the Personal attention and respect for everyone's time. You never feel rushed, yet they do not run late either. My experience is that both physicians in this practice are top notch. I would not let just anyone treat my child and I have the utmost confidence in their ability. I would highly recommend not just the Dr. But also a HUGE Kudos to the entire staff, after all they are really the face of the practice.

I've been seeing Dr. Murray for over a year for issues with both of my shoulders. She has been nothing but patient and caring as I've slowly deliberated with my decision to go forward with surgery. Other surgeons could take people skill lessons from Dr. Murray

She took her time with me and explained everything She knew immediately what was wrong and had tremendous knowledge base. I feel very comfortable with us.

Dr. Murray is an excellent surgeon. Yet, what I am most impressed with is her capacity to truly listen to me. She will explain diagnoses, potential interventions, side effects, prognoses, etc. until I fully understand all the aspects of my health care. She does not rush you out of the office and she actually makes eye contact! Also, all the nurses & staff at Paoli Hospital commented to me as to how great she is. I highly recommend Dr. Murray if you are looking for an orthopedic surgeon!

My son broke his clavicle skiing. We needed to see an orthopedist to confirm the break & treatment. I called several orthopedist but liked the demeanor of Dr. Murray’s office staff. She has a warm, professional practice not a machine with an 800# like others in the area. I was impressed with her credentials, but more than that, she was friendly, professional and spoke to both my son & me like she cared about his injury & well being. She was confident & reassuring. I would recommend her!
