Would not recommend
Terrible experience. If you want to see a "recommended" doctor for ortho, and see Dr McInnis, you will see her for 5 minutes, she will review your info, and then ditch you off with a lower level PT who will bill you $300 with no end in sight. If you're a Patriots player or some other sports professional, you will probably get good treatment - otherwise, terrible doctor

Dr. McInnis is amazing. I have been to 6 other doctors for this issue (athletic pubalgia), and she was the first to really understand it. She conducted a very thorough physical exam and clearly explained my condition and options. I only wish I had seen her sooner!

Very rude and arrogant doctor. Met her a number of times. Showed little concern for patient and poor bedside manner. Was disappointed that I did not react positively to her treatment and showed it very clearly. Due to her treatment my condition was aggravated and healing took considerably longer. Probably the worst doctor I have ever met in my life.

Dr. McInnis and her staff were fantastic. I was seen right away and the doctor explained every step of the procedure I had done. She was very professional and very pleasant. I would definitely recommend Dr. McInnis.

I have loved working with Dr. McInnis. She looks at the whole patient and dedicates time during the visit to educate and even drew pictures for me. There were multiple times I thought I needed surgery until I saw her. She has great relationship with physical therapists and has helped to guide my PT when my progress started to plateau and even does steroid injections under ultrasound. She is the best sports medicine physician I have ever seen, and I have seen many.

I should have suspected something when I tried to schedule an appointment and the office staff seemed annoyed. They suggested that I go to someone else. I was surprised because I was looking for an appointment for my daughter who is a Division 1 athlete with back pain They cancelled the appointment without contacting us and was also annoyed when we attempted to reschedule. They don't seem to want to help. The admin would loudly sigh in annoyance when I asked her questions. DONT EVEN CALL THEM

Dr. McInnis is less than impressive, she's rude and spends little time listening to me and shows absolutely no concern for my care or on-going pain. She actually made a statement that was incredibly offensive and accusatory. Each time I have met with her she has been in the middle of a sentence and still speaking to me as she walked out the door. Additionally, when I went to ask her a question about a follow-up appointment and physical therapy, she turned around and said yeah, what's up?

The office staff were absolutely horrendous. And the wait time for an appointment is ridiculous. 8 weeks out. Despite twice as much time as it should have taken to get there, I was a half hour late for my appointment and was refused service. No one else was available to see me and I was told too bad and sent on my way and was told the earliest available appointment was February. when appointments are 8 weeks out you could try me be a little more helpful.
