Dr. Kelly Isbell, DO

Dr. Isbell listens and explains everything. She is very thorough and I would highly recommend her to others. The whole office is run so efficiently including the lab.

My primary care physician, Dr Gosalia was not available/on Leave. I was scheduled with Dr ISBELL whom I had not seen before. Dr. ISBELL and her team were very responsive and did a terrific job with my Annual Wellness Exam

I set up an appointment for a "head to toe" physical. When I arrived I was asked about the timing of the physical and told they were checking insurance. Thirty five minutes later I walked out. Not having heard from anyone. I drove 35 minutes to get to the office to be told what they could have when I made the appointment months before. Perhaps the worst example of customer service I've seen from a medical office. I lost a total of two hours (and fasted all day for a 2:00 apt) with no benefit. Frankly I would have paid for the apt myself, but they never had the courtesy to give me that opportunity. Now I need to find a new PCP but I will do a better job of vetting the practice next time.

Dr. Isbell is the best doctor we've ever encountered: logical, persistent, thorough, highly competent and incredibly knowledgeable and informative. One of the best medical practitioners we've met regardless of speciality. Would wish we'd known about Dr. Isbell sooner. Was able to find the doctor through referrals from other medical professionals whom we knew through friends. As for the facility location, Dr. Isbell is associated with Arcadia Honor Health and the office support at that location is efficient and pleasant.

Dr. Isbell is a great doctor! She combines expertise and a willingness to listen and discuss. I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes when I arrive on time for an appointment, and the the staff is very friendly and professional.
