Dr. Kelly Grow is outstanding, one of the best
Dr. Grow is an amazing physician. She is extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and kind. Her nurse practitioner, Melissa, is equally strong. I felt compelled to review her after seeing negative reviews. She does not coddle you, but she is not curt to me, she is to the point. She does not waste time. I have known her a long time and her character is strong - she does not order unnecessary tests and is not financially driven. She truly wants to help patients. The office is busy and getting through and getting a call back can take time - but they do call. She cannot call everyone back, but her NP handled all my questions well. I feel very confident under her care. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone. If you want a 45 minute appointment every time you go and want to be handheld and coddled, maybe she isn't for you.

Very knowledgeable
Dr Grow appears to be very knowledgeable in her field and, in general, with medical issues. She is very professional in her demeanor and, most importantly (to me), she will ask if you have any questions and will do her best to answer them in a way you can understand. My issue is rather complex and difficult to explain to a lay person and she did a good job.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMED THIS WOMAN AT ALL!!! Out of 9 yrs I only saw her a few times. The other times I had to see her nurse practitioner. I also had an extremely hard time receiving call backs. Most importantly I had an EXTREMLY hard time getting my medications on time, thus resulting in a life threatening emergency. When I did see her, she was very rude, not really something you wanna deal with when your not feeling well.

This was a new patient visit. Dr. Grow was very brusque and curt and only spent about 10 minutes with me. She did not have any of my labs or records from other providers and seemed to be unable or unwilling to workup a new patient without it. If she needed my records her office should have contacted me ahead of time. She refused to read or discuss my typed summary of my current problems and testing. She misinterpreted both my written and verbal statements which caused me to have to correct her which she did not seem to take very well. She wanted to jump into testing which I do not find appropriate or necessary at this time and did not want to discuss my symptoms or history long enough to understand why it might be unnecessary. She was not interested in what *I* think might be wrong but only what other doctors were advising. She did not know why I had been referred to her and when I told her she thought that the other doctor should have done a workup for the condition he suspected, even

Dr. Grow was great, listened to my concerns and answered my questions. The only problem I had was with communication outside of the appointment, I had a question about my treatment and had difficulty getting a quick answer.

Check in was welcoming and kind. Only waited about 5 minutes before being taken back to a room by medical assistant who was nice. Then waited about 10 min for Dr Grow to come in to room. She was very kind and spent ample time with me. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Dr. Kelly Grow and her NP, Melissa Baughcum. Melissa conducts a thorough review of your symptoms and medical history and coordinates with Dr. Grow to determine which, if any, tests are necessary. After only one doctor's appointment and one procedure, I no longer require any medication to treat symptoms as I can prevent them by modifying my diet (no dairy or gluten, etc.). Thank you Dr. Grow and Melissa for listening and helping me to become symptom and medication free!

I have only had an initial visit to Dr. Grow. I saw her P.A. who was very knowledgable, listened closely and paid attention to what I had to say, and her recommendation for the next step made sense.

My PCP, who I trust implicitly, sent me to Dr Grow specifically. The fact that he likes and trusts her is all I really need to know. That said, I really like her too. Even though I was meeting her for the first time just before my procedure, she made me feel very comfortable. Everyone involved in my case was great. They made an experience I was seriously dreading into as pleasant an experience as they possibly could. Should the need arise, I will go back to Dr Grow without hesitation.

I love Dr. Kelly Grow and her NP, Melissa Baughcum. They patiently listen to any and all concerns during my visit and thoroughly explain any issues I'm having and carefully review treatment options. I hate steriods and they consistently and seriously take this into consideration. Even when I have been sensitive and overreacted in fearful situations with flare ups and pain, they have listened without judgment and shown me nothing but compassion. I drive 4 hours one way to see this team.
