Terrible wait times...appointment set for 2:30pm and Dr. finally shows up to exam room at 3:45pm. Also, had to re-take images bc they didn't take clear images the first time....had the pleasure of paying twice for the same images. Avoid this Dr. if at all possible.

This would've been my first appointment with Dr. Birt. She came highly recommended. The employee at the front desk did not seem concerned that I had been waiting for almost an hour. The waiting area is very small. One woman was talking on the phone in a language different from mine. I could even hear the person on the other end of the conversation. The building is being remodeled and noisey. I walked out after an hour of waiting. Sadly It won't get any better than today.

Very good at explaining what I should expect from my surgery and answering all my questions. Day of surgery, she again answered all my questions and did a good job calming my nerves. After surgery, she went and spoke with my wife to give her an update and to answer questions she had. Highly recommended and very appreciative of her bedside manners. Office staff is efficient and my wait times were minimal. They were always professional.
