Dr. Kelli Peiffer, DO

She takes her time with you, I never feel rushed. She incorporates your whole “life/routines” into how it is affecting your health. She gives you tips/suggestions for changes that will positively affect your well being. Very compassionate and understanding. She also has a nice sense of humor.

Dr. Peiffer is an excellent doctor. My family has been seeing her for 15 years i think, if not more. She's very patient and listens to everything you say. Now for the staff they are absolutely horrible. The last three years the office is just not up to par. They do not pass messages to her for med refills. I waited three weeks one time kept calling everyday and of course you get a machine.. I even had one of the girls at the desk admit that those get erased, so now I show up and wait at the window until they had her the actual request for the refills. I have talked to her about this and she has said she is very disgusted with her own staff 90 % of the time. I guess maybe that is why she is leaving this practice. I just wish I knew where she was going so I could follow her. She is fantastic Dr just the staff there is the worst I have ever experienced.

Dr.Peiffer is a great doctor, she takes the time to listen to my issues. Doesn't push drugs just to get her kickback. Keeps my shot and tests up to date. She is the best.
