My great granddaughter is 4.5 years old. I called Dr. Cocke after having a bad experience with another doctors staff when needing an appointment for a very sick child. Dr. Cocke took her in right away and that was almost 3 years ago. She is great with children and making them feel at ease and she is an excellent doctor in my opinion. The staff is friendly and very accomadating. Never had a problem and we've been many times.

I called and had my son switched to her office. His new patient exam wasnt until august & I had already called his insurance to switch the pediatricians. One morning my son had a fever of 103 and he is 9 months old. I called her office & explained to them that I had already made the change to his insurance and that he is a new patient. They told me THEY COULD NOT MOVE HIS APPT UP BECAUSE THEY HAVE BEEN BUSY WITH SCHOOL SEASON BEGINNING TO COME AROUND. 103 degrees and 9 months old!!!
