If you want a doctor that does not educate her patients (worse, giving them false information) so they can give INFORMED consent and who has the AUDACITY to use said patients deceased grandparents as a pawn to make them feel guilty and push them into doing something they don’t want to do then by all means this is your doctor.

Very rude to my teen! She was only 13 but very mature for her age. She talked and answered all her questions but she was so rude, treating her like she was stupid! My child refused to ever go back!

I've only taken my child to her 3 times and she's been very rude to myself and my child. Not interested in what you have to say about your child at all. If she does listen then she responds to you in a VERY condescending manner. I couldnt believe how rude she was and just makes you feel stupid for asking questions. Wont be back.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Everyone not just those that are working with my son. Dr. brown herself interacted with my 9 yr old not just me. She listened to him and focused on him. Could not ask for a more attentitive doctor with excellent bed side manner.

Dr. Brown openly insulted my teenaged child who is on the spectrum...to his face. I know a good pediatrician because I had the best for over16 years. No one compares to Dr. Susan Lichtenberger and Dr. Brown was chosen to take over when she retired. Very poor choice. If you even think there's a chance your child is on the spectrum avoid this doctor like the plague. She's very unprofessional, inconsiderate, and condescending.
