He repeatedly interrupts question, assumed you are asking one question and answers what he thinks is your question, and it's not the question you were going to ask. In after visit report, makes notes that items were discussed that were NOT discussed. When I attempted to find another cardiologist, Mayo refused my ability to do that. Too bad as Mayo in supposedly famous for cardiac care and it was one of the reasons I moved here. Disheartening.

One star is too much. The worst doctor I have ever seen. Zero respect for patient and situation. He is not personable at all and speaks to you like you are an idiot.

I had the good fortune of being a patient of his last October after first carefully researching the credentials of every cardiologist in Tucson and Phoenix. He is skilled, highly credentialed (view his credentials at Mayo's website), trustworthy, careful, thoughtful of patient experience, kind, sensitive, and patient. He welcomed my questions and matched his words to my level of medical knowledge. He called me himself to report the results and sounded personally happy at the positive results.
