Thank you Dr Hutcheson for putting a new pacemaker in my mom. You told her it would improve her heart function and her life. She died 11 months later after spending the entire time in 8 different hospitals! She never walked again. She had a trach tube and a feeding tube and was totally bedridden. We spent 11 months of pure hell watching her deteriorate until her death; just proves money is your motivation not your patients. I spoke to you directly after you had to do an emergency tracheostomy and you told me not to believe the other 4 doctors treating her - YOU knew what was best for YOUR patient. Guess you're not as smart as you think you are.

My dad was brought in as a critical case from another hospital and was transferred into Dr. Hutcheson's care. The arrangements for his transfer were made very quickly and he got to see her within the first few hours. She assessed his case ASAP and after running all the necessary tests, she met with my dad and our whole family. She explained the case in very easy to understand terms and presented the options clearly. She was very willing to answer all our questions, and was nothing but kind, compassionate, and patient with us. We immediately felt comfortable with my dad being in her care and trusted that she would do the best thing for his situation. His bypass was very successful and completed in a timely manner that helped with his recovery greatly - he was out of the hospital within 4 days post-op! We would HIGHLY recommend her to friends, family, and strangers. She is an excellent, skilled, and kind-hearted physician well-deserving of praise. Thank you Dr. Hutcheson!

Dr. Hutcheson was absolutely incredible. Her bedside manner, communication, professionalism and surgical skills were all top notch. I would recommend her to anyone needing bypass surgery as well as the hospital she performed the procedure, Baylor Heart Hospital.

She was a great listener to my story. I had a number of medical complications. She answered all of my questions and did not rush me. When I left, I felt well informed. She also explained what preventative steps she would take regarding my other complications. The triple bypass surgery went extremely well. Not only was she amazing, the hospital and the staff were excellent. It was my best medical experience, and I have had many of them.

December 5, 2016, I had a quadruple bi-pass surgery performed by Dr Kelly Hutcheson at the Heart Hospital in Plano. To tell you the truth I was scared and didn't expect to live due to other complications. When I think of heart surgery I think of pain. I had very little pain. She is an amazing surgeon and I highly recommend her. My recovery has been non-eventful. i am getting good reports from my Cardiologist, Dr Thomas Waller. If like me you need heart surgery I recommend Dr Hutcheson

I drew Dr Hutcheson because I needed bypass surgery quickly and she was on my insurance and available. Luck of the draw, but I got one of the best! Had triple bypass for a 90+% blocked artery. Came through with flying colors. She saved my life! Was walking in a day, and considering everything that was done, had minimal discomfort or pain. I'm writing this 3 weeks later. I'm well on my way to a complete recovery. Well done Dr Hutcheson!

I just had quad-bypass surgery performed by Dr. Hutcheson. Dr. Hutcheson was extremely informative. She was very patient and answered all my questions. From the moment I met her, I was overwhelmed by her confidence and knowledge of the procedure. She put me at easy immediately. I just had a gut feeling that I could trust her to do what needed to be done. Before and after the surgery, she visited me numerous times and spoke to my family. They too felt good about her knowledge and experience.

Dr. Hutcheson saved my life. By all rights I should have been dead. She preformed my surgery and took into consideration what I do for a living (truck driver). She explained everything to me in language that a normal person could understand instead of using medical terms that the average person does not know. She was very kind and caring and I had the utmost faith in her abilities and decisions. I have nothing but the highest praise for Dr. Hutcheson.

Aortic valve replacement in Feb 2014. A pacemaker lead was left in my right pectoral chest region following the surgery causing serious pain and a second surgery 6 months later. A large portion of the lead is still attached to my heart because it was sutured rather than utilizing the flag insertion. I can never have an MRI since the lead contains 72 stainless steel conductor wires. The sternal wires that were also removed were not to blame for the pain. I am VERY sure of this, Dr. Hutcheson
