Dr. Kelley Eubank, MD

I had my first appointment that I waited 2 months for. Dr. was in a rush to get to the next patient. Not a good first impression.

The lack of professionalism of this doctor is why I feel compelled to leave a negative review. The doctor inspected my body and my hair (I do have eczema) as I was in her office for a dark spot that developed on my back. After a few minutes of her checking my skin, I asked, "Is something wrong, I am getting a little worried," and she just kept inspecting my skin. After a few more seconds, I repeated I was getting a little worried, and I half-jokingly said, "Do I have skin cancer or something?" And she literally replied, "I don't think so." In my opinion, this is the worst possible response an expert in this situation could provide. If you do not know if someone has a threatening skin condition, you do not merely state you do not know, but you respond with confidence or say you need more information. I left the office with a cream that did not work as prescribed, after following instructions to apply for 6 weeks. +a wait time of 40 minutes and unpleasant office staff

I highly recommend Dr. Eubank She found and tested a pink, innocent looking (to me) spot that was tested and found to be basal cell cancer. Then sent me to a Dr. Leon Chen (who looks like he is 11 years old and who is an unbelieveable, fabulous surgeon and really nice guy) and I am good to go! And I am not fond of shots, needles or even being in a room where there are shots, much less surgical equipment....and it was ALL painless.

Can't say enough good things about Dr. Eubank or her practice. Great experience all around and highly recommend her.

She replaced my former dermatologist who retired. I feel like I won the lottery, I have been very satisfied with her and pleased that she now has her own practice. She recently identified a suspicious mole on my buttock, sent me to a surgeon specialist who commended her for identifying a potential serious problem in the earliest stages and mentioned that she was an excellent dermatologist. Her staff is friendly and efficient, she has a great manner, placing tur patient at ease, and is very thorough. I plan to have my wife added as one of her patients. I would recommend her highly to anyone.

Dr. Eubank is an excellent, thorough and very caring physician. The new office location is very accessible and staff members were all great.

I adore Dr. Eubank. My appointment time was met sufficiently. When she came into my treatment room, she took time to discuss my issues and froze some unsightly tissues for me which I requested. Then, we discussed my hair loss. Again, she took time to assess what I needed and implemented a plan for me addressing hair loss. Dr. Eubank is very thorough and caring physician.
