Dr. Kelley Cerroni, MD

I find Dr. Cerroni to be caring and professional. She listens to my questions and provides thoughtful answers. She has not hesitated to refer me to a specialist for problems like a sore foot, which turned out to be a hairline fracture. I have recommended her to my husband, who is her patient now, and several friends.

I am 72 years old and very picky about all of the members of my healthcare team. I have been, and continue to be, extremely satisfied with Dr. Cerroni. She is always professional, friendly, thorough, and patient. She has an excellent bedside manner. She has taken very good care of me for years, and I trust her implicitly. I am appreciative of her and her medical skills, and I credit her with the good health that I enjoy. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a first-rate doctor.

Dr. Cerroni doesn't care about her patients. She has poor bedside manners and is incapable of showing concern.

I would not recommend Dr. Cerroni. It was our first visit and she did not take time to get to know us. She was not personable at all. After I left the room, she continued to ask my daughter questions then acted like she was not truthful. We will not be going back.

I was a patient of her for over 20 yrs. In my adulthood years I acquired more medical problems. After prescribing medications, she refused to believe side effects they had on me, stating "that can't happen." After research, there are many people who experience the same side effects. Also after life altering side effects, she continued to not believe me. Upon trying to switch drs, unity only lets you pick 1 other dr to ask. If they do not accept you, you are out & have to leave the office

She was our GP for about 20 years but we fired her in 2014. Ever since the office went to Unity Healthcare, patients are just warm bodies rather than people. She blew off my husband's chest pain and shortness of breath, saying "You're almost [age]. That's gonna happen." No tests ordered. No recommendations. Two years later he needed an emergency triple heart bypass which might have been avoided if she'd paid attention. She dismissed others symptoms as well. We no longer trusted her so we left.

Dr. Cerroni has been my physician for over 10 years. She is available, thorough, & listens to my concerns. She explains things well. The specialists she has sent me to see have been good.

Always willing to sit, spend time, answer questions. Patient, competent, intelligent, and friendly.

Dr. Cerroni is nice enough but has never been trusting of me, and treats me (and likely others) in a condescending and judgmental way. Nothing she's done for me has ever been that helpful for my medical issues, and she's missed crucial diagnoses. I think there are probably dozens of better options than Dr. Cerroni -- look elsewhere.

Dr. Cerroni has been our family physician for almost 20 years and we couldn't be more pleased. She always takes as much time with us as possible, and explains things very clearly. She's the best.

She always is very thorough and was instrumental in diagnosing a condition that if not caught could have been debilitating. Very Pleasant too.

Very convenient parking and virtually no wait! Also very easy to get an appointment! However if you need anything more complicated than antibiotics, you'd best look elsewhere for quality care.
