Great Patient Experience
In a post Covid world, where good doctors are not only difficult to come by but also the exception rather than the rule, it is a privilege to meet Dr. D. He is competent, confident, and strives to understand the whole person. He thoroughly addresses concerns and does not rush you out of the office. This is very important in a field of medicine that deals with auto immune disorders. His front office staff is compassionate and responsive. Rather than the typical 2 to 6 month waiting list to get in to visit a specialist, his receptionist Tara worked me in within a couple of weeks. Additionally, when I was experiencing health concerns, she scheduled me an appointment via telehealth on the same day since the doctor was not in the area. The practice appears to provide competent and compassionate care, and I highly recommend this practice.

Stay Far Away!
This is Husband and wife office only. I can see why no one else works there. The wife will make it seem that it’s almost impossible to get an appointment, but It’s the only rheumatologist office that I have ever been to where you are the only patient! This dr. could care less about anything you have to say or answer any questions. He comes in says what he wants then tells you that you have to stay in the room until the wife comes and says you can come out and then he closes the door. The wife will make it seem like she’s helping you with so many things, but it’s just a bunch of round about talk, they will make you come back unnecessarily to collect more co pays. Even with patient portals these days where u can see your blood work, they have you come back in, even when it’s all NORMAL! I agreed to come back if there was something to talk about (abnormal results) but then they both discharged me as a patient. I have never heard of this but it came very natural to them. I wonder why?

I have seen Dr. Dehghanpisheh just a couple of times and was pleased with his care. But his wife's (Tara with the rotten teeth) behavior has made it challenging to continue. She lacks the necessary professional skills and respect to run a doctor's office effectively, often coming across as dismissive and unprofessional, failing to provide a supportive environment.. During my second appointment, I tried to make a copay via a credit card machine that was handed to me, But she was impatient and when to the back to speak to the doctor telling him that I wasn't able to make payment and tried to cancel my appointment, claiming I couldn't pay, despite my payment being processed. Her assumption was unjustified. At first , she seems pleasant, but her behavior soon shows a lack of respect, possibly explaining why there is no staff in the office. It's unfortunate that the doctor allows this due to his personal connection to her. What a terrible way to run a medical practice. Smh

Stay away from him ... save you some time
Doctor has a serious Ego and very arrogant. Barely listens to you and treats you like a 2nd class citizen. Constantly bashes on other doctors. If you have any questions forget about it, he will berate you for asking valid questions.

Finally
I have been to 2 other rheumatologist in the past and I have learned more in 2 weeks than I have in over 5 years about my conditions!! Tara is an absolute pleasure and Dr D is finally helping me figure out answers that I have been searching for! Finally I found someone to help me get to the core of what is going on in my body and not just want to cover up the symptoms!!

I do not recommend this physician
This doctor’s office it’s really strange. From the front desk lady. The lady warns you in a loud tone of voice that she is the wife and discloses their personal marital affairs from 2019 (uncomfortable) to seeing the Doctor being Rude, not letting you speak and storming off out of the office furious because you “ tried” to ask questions. Personally, I don’t wish to anyone that is struggling with an illness to have to be treated in such unprofessional manner. I don’t recommend this doctor.

Friendly and helpful practice
They answered the call and actually listened to me. I was able to get an appointment the next day. Every time I called they knew exactly who I was from the phone number. The whole experience was extremely personal. When the test results came in they were able to call and move up our appointment because they knew we were nervous about the results. We had a great experience and I would highly recommend this team.

Nurse
This physician is the most degrading, rude, MD, I’ve ever spoken to. I went with my mother for her apt, he did not even let me explain what the care issue was. Zero clue what I was asking because he did not allow me to speak, he first hand got irritated the fact she was explaining her meds told her to stop, to write them down on a list and bring them in next time. Then I intervene the moment he assessed her with out even listening to her. He immediately instead of being patient insisted she did “pain management” which is not what our goal is, we want her to start medication to decrease progression of arthritis. I then told him we would prefer a different care plan, stated he was a “physician “ and how her arthritis was not “active “ by him assessing her by touching her joints in bilateral hands. No labs , no X-rays, no mris. Which I tried to tell him we got testing done and how her pcp, and other doctors were also involved and wanted his advice to her care. No bed side manners.

After 23 years told find a new Dr with no reason
I usually only went to get prescriptions refilled. This was 23 years once a month. Visits were always short and I didn’t get much info about any of my conditions. The practice was convenient for me so I kept going. I was truly devastated when he told me to find a new Dr. I wasn’t even offered a reason. I am beginning to think it was the best thing to happen after seeing all the bad reviews. I just hope other people pay attention to these reviews.

Lack of quality service from entire practice
I tried to put up with the Dr's dismissive attitude and lack of intelligence for approx 18 months since he was local. He did not knowwhat to do about PSA and Scleroderma, I would definitely drive 2 hours + to see ANYONE else to stay away from this practice. My lab work was OFF for > 1 year and he continually did not address the Scleroderma even when I asked for more information. He indicate to not worry about it and it would be addressed later. I do not feel he is competent in his practice. I too was screamed at by the receptionist during my last call in 2021.

Monthly RA treatments
I moved here from up north, MA to be exact. Let me say, South Florida is a HOOT when it comes to doctors. Not Doctor D! He has been treating my RA for 6 years now. I have huge respect for him and his wife.

Not Happy
Let me say first, I did not have a problem with the Doctor. Only saw him twice before running from this office. You can't actually get help from the doctor because the Office Manager/Receptionist thinks she is qualified to give Medical Advice. After hearing her yell at patients on the phone then I became one of those patients she was rude to. I'm not sure the Doctor knows that she is ruining his practice.
