Dr. Tom is very thorough .. Very likeably and genuine. Has your best intetest at heart. Professional and knowledgeable. Staff are friendly and professional.

The buildings environment is clearly out dated and smells like mold. The receptionist wasn't welcoming, very rude, unprofessional and unorganized. Though the nurses were very kind and had excellent bed side manor, I cant say the same for the doctor. He was very short with me. I felt as if I was an inconvenience to him. He was very short with me and gave attitude to any answers I gave his questions. I felt as if he was scolding me. He raised his voice in annoyance a few times. Very unprofessional

Our family likes Dr Tom very much. Yes the office is a little dated but I don't go to the doctor to admire the decor. He is kind, thorough and attentive. His assistants are very nice also.

My husband and I have been clients of Dr Tom for 13 years and counting. He is a fabulous Doctor. The do blood work and X-rays in the office which is very convenient. Dr Tom is very good and visits his patients in the hospita. GREAT DOCTOR!!

His practice is extremely old and out dated, I saw ants and other insects while waiting in the room. Staff is rude and in a bad mood every single time you call or go there. Doctor rushes and talks more than he listens, my husband was told his knees are bad and needed to go to a specialist when the doctor didn't even TOUCH his knees during that visit. Prescribes pills like its candy. Relies only on lab results for treatment and never looks at symptoms. All about finding ways to charge you.
