Great Dr., wonderful man, very kind and understand
He hasn't been there in 3 years, the only way I could "visit" him was by phone (which was fine when he would keep the apt.) I had blood work done a month or more ago and STILL have not had him keep a scheduled apt. to read the results. We love him as an individual but he is not even able to take care of himself anymore, let alone his patients. It took a LOT of thought on my part to make the decision to switch Drs. and I feel terrible I had to do it, but I need a Dr. who is ethical and can be relied on...unfortunately he is no longer that man. I feel sorry for him, but realized we have to come first. He is kind and understanding, but unreliable and anyone who has had the "pleasure" of dealing with Theresa knows she is not friendly or caring. It's just not worth waiting by the phone on the day of apt. to get that cancellation at 8 am. Annette is the best, there is no complaints about her, she is one of the Only reasons we stayed as long as we did. We are now gone and hope to be healthy.

I've been his patient, along with the VA, since his arrival in Parker. When he comes in your room he is focused on you and your problems and health. He is willing to listen to questions and answer them. He is the most stable physician in private practice in Parker. He has had health issues but he is still my go to man.

We found Dr. Shillito to be a caring man. However, the receptionist is rude and unprofessional. In the last year we have been scheduled 6 times with him; he showed up for 1 appt and the rest were cancelled and rescheduled. Only to be cancelled again. We have been patient, but have finally given up and gone to a different doctor. Really a shame, but we need the DOCTOR to be there, not just a staff person.

I wouldn't know how Dr Shillito is as a doctor, but his office staff is terrible! Specifically the reception department. They have been very rude and unprofessional. My appointment was cancelled by them twice with the attitude like they don't give a rip and could care less if you are ever seen. Not to mention, it can take weeks before they will even put you on the schedule if you're a new patient. If you have chronic illnesses like I do, DON'T GO HERE. You'll die before you can get in!
