Dr Norvill did an amazing job on my laminectomy. Thanks to him I recovered from a life threatening injury and I'm able to walk, run and live my best life.

Norvill operated on my wife's back in Jan 2016. Many complications followed, including severe infections, nerve damage, etc. She was left unable to walk, required catheters to urinate, and totally incontinent. Hospitalized for two months following surgery, Norvill visited her ONCE. The rest of her care was relegated to P.A. assistants and others. The remainder of her life was one of pain and misery. She died in July 2018. We were not aware that Norvill was under probation at the time for some amazing foulups. Norvill is now (2020) at CHI St. Vincent's in Hot Springs, Arkansas. DON'T LET THIS ARROGANT, OVERCONFIDENT HOTSHOT NEAR YOU.

I was referred to Dr. Norvill by my Orthopedic Surgeon based on Xrays he took that indicated I had a back problem that would "eventually" need surgery a year ago. I had an appointment with Dr.Norville's PA briefly on May 17, after an MRI and Additional Xrays I was to meet with Dr.Norville to discuss my options. On May 24 appointment his PA told me "We do back surgeries here, if you don't want surgery perhaps primary care dr. can suggest some help and pointed me to the door. No help at all.

I was given an appt. concerning compressed spinal cord and a lot of damage to my spine. I never got to see the doctor. I only saw a PA twice who was hateful, stood over me and talked down to me and told me I would most likely die if they operated and if I made it would end up paralyzed from the waist down. I was also told they would do nothing to help my back to help the extreme pain I am in. Fortunately I have a really good pain specialist who does his very best to try to help me. My son heard.

My surgery,in 2011, was an unmitigated success. My severe pain was relieved--that was the goal. In the recent months I have experienced some discomfort, but no extreme pain. I attribute this discomfort to muscle use and advanced age and have had an X-Ray done to assure that all is well. I wish my surgery had been done thirty years earlier!
