IT COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER
It could have gone better. My son has been SUFFERING from INTENSE AND DIBILATING RECTAL pain caused by stercoral colitis for 3 years. HE SAT IN A WHEELCHAIR FOR 4 HOURS FOR THE VISIT; RESULT WAS MORE PAIN AND COLONOSCOPY SCHEDULED FOR OVER 3 MONTHS AWAY. HE DIDN'T SEE DR MORRIS, BUT THE PA WAS NICE. HE NEEDS AN INTERVENTION FROM SOMEONE WHO CARES, PREFERABLY IN LITTLE ROCK WHICH IS OUR HOME. HE IS IN THE BAPTIST HEALTH SYSTEM, OUR PREFERENCE. WE WERE DIRECTED HERE BY A NURSING HOME.

My colonoscopy went well!
His staff is probably the nicest I have ever met in a doctors office. I had the dreaded colonoscopy and Dr Morris made me feel comfortable before my procedure and explained everything to me after it too. I would highly recommend him to everyone!

I am giving 3 Stars because I have only had one visit. Staff was to the point but so nice. They give you a lot of info at once but give you paper work so you can remember. Nurse Practitioner was a Gentleman with good bedside manner. I had landed myself a Crohn’s diagnosis from an emergency CT scan and needed a Specialist. Dr. Morris has great moral and even though I was learning bad news I felt confident in Dr. Morris. He was real and to the point in a gentle way. I have AutoImmune disease and never new it. I’ve been walking around for 20 years undiagnosed. I feel confident so far and will continue my care with him. I quite possibly will get a second opinion just because me personally I like to hear the ying and yang of everything! J. Gillham

Took my newphew for a colonoscopy. Had to be there 9:40. Sitting two hours and still waiting. Receptionist says they’ll get you back as quick as they can. This is pathetic and unacceptable. If we have known this we would have found another place. Wouldn’t refer this place to anyone.

Was a terrible experience altogether. Was given wrong info about providing stool sample by staff and doctor went with one diagnosis and told me to return to work, but I eventually got so ill and pain so severe went to ER and was diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome. Do not recommend going here because patients are not priority.

Had a test run 2 weeks ago. Call for results. They don't give results over phone, nor do they send you a letter. I was scheduled for a 3 month follow-up (before test was done). I was told that's when I will get my results. Unacceptable.
