I have seen Dr Hoerning and Dr McMahon on occasion, but primarily I see the Physician's Asst, Heather Ribaudo. Love them all! Take their time, answer questions fully. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend any of my friends to this office.

My Son who is 19 has been sick for over a week using over the counter med. with no improvement. I called Tues. AM to get him an appt. & was told they are fully booked until the following day, So an appt. was made for the following day at 3:30pm. My son arrived for his appt. & called to check in , He sat in his car for 30 mins until someone came out to COVID test him, Then he waited another hr. before he was told his COVID test was negative and sent home. I called the office to state that he needs to be seen. 1st I was told he was a walk in & said that is why long wait, I stated I made the appt. the previous day, then I was told it was a covid appt and if he isn't feeling better in a few days to come back. I asked to speak to a DR and I was told the DR left, I asked to speak to the office manager and was sent to a voicemail where I left a message(still no return call), I asked to speak to a nurse and was told they only have NAs. We did a CHS evisit and he was prescribed RX.

My boyfriend has been going to Dr Hoerning for the past 45 years.

I have been seeing doctor hoerning for over a year now. I can safely say he is a Dr you can trust with not only yourself but your family. He must see 20-30+ patients a day and he always remembers me and things iv told him in the past. He is very approachable, attentive and knowledgeable. He listens and doesn’t rush you and he has been able to provide solutions every time. He is easy to speak to and doesn’t pass any judgement nor does he make you feel stupid or silly. I have had to see him for some pretty controversial and stigmatized things and I was able to sit down, talk and learn from him. I’ve learnt and improved more in a year with him than in the last 7 with my previous doctor.

Unfortunately I had to switch primary providers because Dr. Hoernings office cannot seem to manage the appointment time frames for their patients. I waited over 1.5 hours both times within the last two weeks. When I asked how much longer it would be, I was left hanging without an answer. In addition to the wait time, I have received less than par care. I’ve asked for blood work to be faxed, left upon deaf ears. I have recently been directed to get B12 injections from new doctor, which Hoernings office has overlooked. Did you know that physicals should done when you’re fasting, so they can correctly gauge check glucose, cholesterol etc? Dr hoernings office has never had me fast for a physical, nor did they advice that. Overall, I could have treated myself better than this office has. Run, do not walk, from this office.

My entire family uses him. One of the best Dr's! He's genuine, kind, smart and always, I mean always hits the nail on the head. Urgent cares, etc can go scratch when it comes to his office. He's worth the extra ten minutes, even if that occurs. Always will be one of my favorites! C - Lindenhurst, NY

I’ve been a patient at doctors care for many years. Dr Hoening is a fantastic doctor. He is a great diagnostician with an exceptional bedside manner. Between Dr H. and PA Heather I am always in great hands. They are truly an asset to Suffolk County.

Great family doc, has patients best interest at heart. His staff is outstanding, pleasure to go there. Dr McMahon & Heather Ribouldi, PA are outstanding. This is not kissing up just fact.

We love Dr. Hoerning! His bedside manner is fantastic. He is personable and takes his time talking to you. He does not rush in and out of the room like some doctors. Every time I see Dr. Hoerning, he remembers a personal detail from my last visit and asks me how that is going. It feels great to have a doctor that cares about his patients as people! He is friendly and easy to talk to. His exams are thorough and he is detailed in his explanations. Great Doctor!

Truly the best doctor I have ever met. He really cares about all his patients. Not only asks questions about the reason for your visit, but also asks about things having nothing to do with medicine (like work, family, etc). I would recommend him to anyone in need of a doctor.

Dr. Hoerning is one of the best doctor's i have meet, very professional and truly care's about his patients i would recommend him to all of my family and friends.

I am a medical professional and so is my girlfriend she referred me to Dr. Hoerning and I was never so impressed in my life. He spent almost 2 hrs with me fixing a lot of problems I had. He is honest , caring , and non judgmental. Most of all very knowledgeable in all aspects of general medicine. I would highly recommend him
