Top Notch Dermatologist!
My wife saw Dr. Gross in 2015 for the removal of a cancerous skin lesion. He was very thorough and his staff were very efficient. Fast forward to today. My wife and I were scheduled in this morning by the front office lady Anna. Only 10 mins to fill out intake forms. Wife and I were taken back and seen within 15 minutes. Dr. Gross and his PA Christen came in and started identifying problem skin areas. Then they started the biopsy procedure. Was comfortable, not painful. Danna the medical assistant was also exceptional. We were in and out in about an hour. We experienced the same excellent service and professionalism that we had in 2015. As a provider myself, I highly recommend Dr. Gross and his wonderful staff in Hesperia!

Dr. Gross is the most caring Dr I have ever had....he takes the time to listen to me, and he is the best dermatologist I have ever been too. While other Dr's may have just brushed me off, he really cares about me and makes sure to get all the pre-mal out before it is cancer. He is the best Dr ever.

When you walk into the waiting room at your appointment time and most of the seats are filled and your doctor is the only one seeing patients, you know something is wrong. And when it happens on your next appointment....... An hour and ten minutes is too long to wait for a two minute examine and procedure. This is one greedy doctor totally overbooking so he can see as many patients as possible. And it shows a disregard for those patients.

Does not spend enough time evaluating any skin conditions, loves to do the quick freeze, not happy regarding that route of medical procedures. Will not be returning.
