I've been Using this practice since the late '80s with obvious signs of cancer. (white stool! And pain along youy ribs and breastbone.) She ignored everything I said And deliberately talked over me. I scheduled a week later to see the doctor that I've known and worked with for thirty years. He completely ignored what I was saying, And talked over me. When I found out I do have Pancreative cancer I was crushed and felt betrayed.This office did not do their best and they did not take care of me.This practice owns a colonoscopy Facility so that's all they want to do is sell procedures. Don't go here! There are Other practices in Mentor that will take better care of you!

Dr. Freidenberg performed the colonoscopy efficiently and without any discomfort. The entire staff at the endoscopy center were very kind and caring. Everything was explained to me throughout the visit, as well spending time with the doctor who reviewed the results of the procedure.

Dr. Friedenberg has always been very professional and patient with me. Him, the Anesthesiologist and staff are always very nice and professional.

Had an appointment today with Dr Friedenberg for an endoscopy. From the time I walked in the door until I left I was treated with a friendly, courteous, and helpful staff. They answered all my questions and put me at ease. They also kept me up to date as to when it would be my turn. Dr Friedenberg came in before and after the procedure to see if I had any questions and to tell me the results of the scope. I felt no pain at all . Recovery was quick . I highly recommend Dr Friedenberg and the staff at the Endocopy Center of Lake County.

I had the pleasure of being referred to The Endoscopy Center. Dr. Friedenberg made sure to get in me right away as I am in a more urgent situation. When I was instructed to change, my nerves were growing by the second. Then I had the ABSOLUTE PLEASURE of meeting Donna and Martha, the two nurses who were taking care of me before the procedure. They listened to me and actually cared about my anxiety and concerns, they worked with me, patiently and their compassion is something I will never forget. I have seen a lot of doctors, and Donna and Martha will always provide me with a experience and memory I will never forget, thank you so much to both of you for your kindness and support in my time of need. You both are amazing nurses and I was nothing but blessed to have you two as mine at my appointment, Above and beyond is a understatement. I don't know how I would of gotten through my fear without you two by my side! Thank you both and Dr. Friedenberg for everything!

It was terrific. The staff is very efficient and friendly. Dr. Friedenberg has a wonderful calm personality and manner.

Dr. Friedenberg seemed very rushed. The nursing staff are unhappy. I woke up to a stool covered chux (the pad they put under you in a hospital situation). I am an RN. There is no excuse for anyone to wake up with stool on their body or on their pad. The anesthesiologist was crabby and unhappy about being there. My nurse was amazing and really did do her best. These people need to remember that when the curtains are closed we are out of sight, not out of earshot.

The staff at the Endoscopy center are absolutely amazing they go above and beyond, especially the front desk!

This doctor was kind, funny and extremely professional. I was so scared to have my colonoscopy. He put me right at ease. The Endiscooy Center staff are all wonderful

Answered all of my questions, and eased my mind during my screening colonoscopy consultation. Was able to make me comfortable during procedure. Good bedside manner. Will be referring Dr. Friedenberg to all of my family and friends.

Don't make any appointments till after 10 am.. He won't be there till after 10 am.. And his employees seem miserable

had a scope done at painesville office gave the office my list if scrips half of my list was not on chart other half was some outher then me told dr and staf I have a bad neck not to till neck back but still did now I have bad headaces called next day he said to take aspirin 3 mos latter still now I go to a dr for neck pain
