Excellent Outcome-Cataract Surgery
I had the privilege of receiving cataract surgery under the care of Dr. Keith Dahlhauser. I felt confident in my choice after meeting him and learning about his extensive background, including serving as Chief of Cataract Surgery in the military, training other surgeons, and conducting mission trips to restore vision to the underprivileged in regions lacking modern equipment. Although I am not a medical professional, his deep knowledge and proficiency were both apparent and impressive. I also admire his dedication to performing surgeries during his personal time, demonstrating his humanitarian spirit and commitment to helping those in need.Dr. Dahlhauser's commitment to patient care is equally remarkable. He took the time to address specific concerns that caused me anxiety both preoperatively and during the postoperative recovery period, and he promptly alleviated my worries.I highly recommend Dr. Keith Dahlhauser to any patient seeking a highly competent ophthalmic surgeon.

Dr. Dahlhauser
I moved to Gig Harbor about a year ago and heard rave review about Dr. Dahlhauser. He is the best eye doctor I have ever had. He is kind, patient and explains everything very clearly, in lay-mans terms. I happily recommend hum!

I have to agree with some of the other negative reviews He was rude, condescending, didn’t listen to my concerns and was not helpful . I won’t be going back

He was rude, short with answers and made me feel like he didn't care. Made no eye contact with me nore gave us an option to ask questions. Only reason we know what he was thinking is becasue he dictated into his tablet rather than explain his findsings to my wife and me. No one should be able to treat pataince that way and expect them to return.... Won't be going back, not worth my time if he doesn't care or read the charts ahead of time or ask about the results of the recent MRI taken but nope:(

I had monovision lasik and Dr. Dalhauser guides me through the whole process telling me exactly what he was going to do. The results were fantastic and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!

Dr Dahlhauser has seen me a few times for my eye, diagnosing the cause of the blur that my other doctor could not figure out. He is complete in his exam and especially in his explanation of the reasons for my vision loss. After a surgery, I am good as new. I would strongly recommend him to any friend or family.
