Phenomenal physician. He genuinely cares about patients and works for their well-being. Excellent listener and works with families including them in the treatment plan. Excellent rapport with parents and children. Takes the time to listen and explain diagnosis and how medications work. Also takes the time to answer all questions. Very thorough and an excellent diagnostician. Treats the patient with respect and includes the patient in their treatment decisions.

Was having a problem getting a prescription filled under my Insurance for ADHD that was written by Dr Kazi. I called him to ask if he could change it to something else to try, as this one was also a trial. He said I had to schedule another appointment and pay again for another appointment for him to write another script. After I questions him about just charging people to write scripts he hung up the phone on me. Providence Center and Dr Kazi very unprofessional! All about making money, horrible
