Dr. Kayra Cepin Plasencio, MD

I have been seeing Dr. Cepin Plasencio now for several years. She is very knowledgeable, attentive to my needs and always exceeds my expectations. From all the Primary Doctors I have ever seen, she is definitely the best. In addition, I know she really cares about my health. I have recommended several of my clients and friends and they all feel the same way I do. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great Doctor.

Be aware, called for a referral last Friday, and it was not done right, was told per staff member. Day of specialist appointment waited for that referral, never came. Was told that there was a new method for seniors to do referrals, and she just figured it out and she was the referral assistant. So couldn’t be seen, and I had a broken foot with pain. Reschedule with specialist and had daughter go Dr Cepin office for referral and pain prescription. Went to pharmacy and prescription was written wrong. Pharmacy would have allow change if Dr Cepin office would electronically sent the new prescription. But they do not know how to do electronic sending. So my daughter had to come back to office to get a new prescription. This all started at 8am until 4:30pm. Last week I needed a prescription filled, and it took 3 days back and fourth on the phone to finally get it to the pharmacy. She is not a bad doctor, but the office is so disorganized with incompetent people. That was last straw.

I have visited today for the first time, I feel I have made the right decision to change doctor. This office is very inviting, with friendly staff. The doctor took her time to explain all my questions and offered her professional advise.

Everyone is enjoyable and knowledgeable. Best family doctor I ever had.

Every time I go to see Dr.Cepin, she is always very professional and makes me feel comfortable. She is very attentive to ones needs. Also, she personally gave me a call one weekend (her day off) as I was waiting for results on a scan. She goes above and beyond for her patients. She is excellent. I highly recommend her!

I saw her for 1 year .She hardly payed attention . She was easily getting annoyed with something more complex then a cold . Strong Hispanic accent hard to understand . I do suspect: she takes care of Spanish speaking patients with better care then others .

my last appointment I sat in the waiting room for more than one and a half hours before someone called me to only take my vitals and sit me in the hallway. 20 minutes after that they call me to go sit in the room to wait at least 30 more for the doctor to come in and seem to be clueless as to why I'm there, witch I was there to get test results and also a follow-up visit but in any case that turned out to be every bit of 10 minutes and then she walked out of the room guiding me check out.
