Horribly rude
Telehealth
I had an appointment today with dr. Vansickle. She was horribly rude out of the gate screaming “I can’t hear you” and then after I fixed the issue said sarcastically “are you going to be able to focus with a baby”. I was holding my 6mo old. Then went on about that she couldn’t do her job without complete focus and said she couldn’t help me. Don’t know how she has 25 yrs. Experience.

If I could give zero stars I would. This is the most apathetic doctor I have met. She first scolded me for being a few minutes late due to an issue with their questionaire system. Then out the gate after she asks me what is going on, she interupts me, she is like "I can't do that, talk to your PCP" then I was like "okay, but my PCP said to see a psychiatrist" and then she interupts me by reading the forms I signed when logging in. She absolutly had zero empthy for me and talk down to me like I didn't know anything. This was all in 6 minutes. What a way to treat someone who is coming in to see someone because of anxiety and sevre depression. Do not see this person, she needs to find a heartless profession somewhere.
