Good ER Visit
Dr. McMillan was great with my 83-year old mother-in-law who was sent over to the ER for an ultrasound to check for a blood clot in her leg. After the results were examined by a radiologist in Vegas, Dr. McMillan came in and explained everything and answered our questions. She was thorough, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. She explained the meds and treatment program before we left the ER. We both felt relieved and reassured after our first-time visit with Dr. McMillan, especially my self-reliant mother-in-law who was a little rattled coming in. From beginning to end, everyone at the hospital treated us both with the kind of care and compassion that everyone hopes to get when they have to go to the hospital.

×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. McMillan?
After being sent to the ER by an Urgent Care Dr, who told me I needed to go to the hospital right away after having chest pain and dizziness, I was treated like a burden by Dr. McMillan. I was told that she "doesn't understand why I am here" and none of my concerns seemed valid. It's one thing to be assured by the doctor that everything looks okay and to follow up with a Primary Care Physician, and it's another thing to be treated like a waste of time and resources like Dr McMillan did to me.
