Dr Gopal is an excellent gastroenterologist. She is very knowledgeable and explains things in an easy to understand manner. When I had my colonoscopy, I didn’t feel a thing. I highly recommend her.

I went in for a follow up appointment and ended up seeing Dr. Gopal this time. She didn't miss a beat picking up where Dr. Harris left off after my procedures. She reviewed my labs and pathology findings in detail. She talked to me about ways to keep my stomach healthy and recommended with a medical food. IT WORKED. The staff and doctors have ALL been like angels to me with my care. I am now stomach pain free thanks to this office. Thank you for the payment plan for my follow-up visit!!

When I first started going to her, it was fine. However, several times since, if I were experiencing problems and left messages on the phone, there were no return calls or I had to recall. I blame this on Mindy, her assistant who could be very sweet but then turned combative and condescending verbally. Right now, it is Friday. I left a message Monday @10:00 about the adverse reactions to the new prescription. It's their follow-up that fails. You cannot depend on help after the office visit.

Dr. Kavita Gopal spend barely a minute or two on my first visit to their office. She didn't asked any specific questions about my symptoms or how to diagnose it. She was only interested in scheduling next office visit for colonoscopy. And for this first so called office visit she charged me $270 just to schedule an appointment. She never explained anything about my situation not she was interested in listening my symptoms. She was only interested in how to get money out of the patient.
