Dr. Kavita Vyas, MD

I waited over an hour for a routine check-up; I finally had to leave and go back to work because there was no indication they were going to see me. I have to call in a prescription monthly, most months I've given up bothering because they don't answer the phone usually. When they do, they almost never refill my medication on the first try. I called Thursday to refill this script, and I will be calling again shortly to attempt to get them to refill my prescription.I feel like I am going in twice a year to pay them money for nothing, and it's become increasingly hard to get them to even pick up the phone and refill the medicine that I need. I would really not recommend going to this practice until they are able to handle the patients they have in their care, because every month is a struggle to get them to even answer their phone, let alone help me.

Dr. Vyas and her assistant are very nice, but I don't feel they are as thorough in my health as I have received prior to moving. Won't go into details, but I need someone that takes the time to know me better and help me ensure I stay healthy. I know that Covid was hard on them, so I hope it gets better. Maybe fewer patients so they can take more time with the patients and really look at their records.

I'm excited about finding Dr. Vyas. I've been searching for a primary care doctor in Nacogdoches, Texas for some time now and I really feel like I've found someone I can trust. Great office staff and nurses that make you feel welcome. Dr. Vyas is very attentive and easy to talk to.

She really good. She listen to you and she understand what wrong. She PRAISE when you well. I will NEVER change doctor.
